EFFY Announced to Replace Ricky Starks for GCW’s Highest In The Room 3 Event This December

As noted before, Ricky Starks was recently pulled from all of his upcoming bookings with Game Changer Wrestling due to issues believed to be due to recent controversial comments made by GCW talent EFFY directed towards AEW CEO Tony Khan, Khan’s father Shad, and AEW’s booking of the Hammerstein Ballroom for this December.

GCW announced earlier today that EFFY will be replacing Starks for his previously scheduled match against Matt Cardona at their Highest In The Room 3 event on December 14th in Los Angeles, California.

The Outrunners Announced for DEFY Wrestling’s Blueprint Event This December

DEFY Wrestling announced that The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum) will be making an appearance for the company at their Blueprint event on December 29th in Seattle, Washington.

It was also announced that The Outrunners will be facing off against Midnight Heat (Eddie Pearl & Ricky Gibson) in a tag team match at the event.

TNA Bound For Glory 2024 PPV Buys Update

TNA Wrestling’s Bound For Glory 2024 event this past October in Detroit, Michigan reportedly generated around 7,400 cable television pay-per-view based on updated late buys purchases numbers, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Dave Meltzer reported that Bound For Glory 2024’s buys are currently down 6.7% compared to this past July’s Slammiversary 2024 buys based on the same number of days after the event.
