Ortiz Torn Pectoral Injury Status Update

As noted before, Ortiz has been out of action for AEW since this past January due to a torn pectoral injury and surgery.

Private Party’s Isiah Kassidy recently released a new vlog on his official YouTube channel featuring Ortiz as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Ortiz providing an update on his recovery from his injury and potential return to AEW.

“I’m not quite back yet, but I’m right there. I’m stronger, faster, but less flexible.”

Mercedes Mone Comments on Potential for All-Women’s AEW Weekly Show in the Future

A recent episode of the Battleground Podcast featured Mercedes Mone as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Mone’s thoughts about the potential of AEW running an all-women’s weekly television show in the future and if that would be something she would be interested in pushing for in the company.

“Wow, a weekly show, absolutely. We have the talent, so why not? All Elite Women Wrestling? There you go. We have the best women’s wrestling. From Willow, Mariah May, Toni Storm, Serena Deeb, Kris Statlander, Kamille, there is definitely an opportunity to have an all women’s show every single week, so I don’t see why not.”
