WWE held a new set of television tapings on Friday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The first taping was for that night’s live SmackDown show while the second taping was for next week’s SmackDown show on November 1st.
The reason for the double tapings was due to travel and logistic-related reasons over WWE’s Crown Jewel 2024 event next weekend in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

- WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax came out to the ring and gave a promo promising to win the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. This led to WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio coming out. Morgan talked about she knows what it takes to be Champion and knows what it takes to win since she beat Jax the last time they wrested. This led to Tiffany Stratton coming out and stated it is going to be Tiffy Time at Crown Jewel and she will cash in at the show. Strattong stated that she hasn’t made a decision on who to cash in on yet. Stratton also stated that she wondered if she cashed in on Liv if that meant Dom would come with her as she needs a little dirty in her life. Morgan responded stating that Stratton looks like she has enough dirty in her life. This led to Stratton attacking Morgan in return. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis came out and stated that Stratton and Morgan will be having a match right now.

Jey stated he took this match and fight to get back at Solo Sikoa. Jey then stated that the family isn’t all the way fixed yet and it is talking all he has just to stand next to them. Jey talked about how he has not forgotten what they did to him but he still showed up because that is what family does and they are all equals and can stand together and run things the way they used to back in the day. Jey then warned Reigns that if he is treated with even the slightest disrespect, he is gone and asked Reigns if they were going to do this together or not. Reigns responded stating “YEET” and all three stood together with their arms raised.
