Casket Match
Tatum Paxley vs. Wendy Choo

We look at highlights from Halloween Havoc, but Tatum Paxley interrupts and she says Wendy Choo takes her final ride.

Wendy brings her bed with her to the ring and her face is blue tonight.

Wendy swings and misses with the pillow.  Tatum with punches and a drop kick.  The casket is opened and Wendy with shoulder tackles.  Tatum with an enzuigiri.  Tatum sends Wendy to the apron in front of the casket but Wendy sends Tatum to the apron.  Tatum tries to German suplex Wendy into the casket.  Tatum with a leg sweep and a cannonball out of the casket.  Tatum runs into a kick from Wendy.  Wendy gets a trash can but Tatum kicks Wendy before she can use it.  Tatum puts the trash can on Wendy and she gets a broom and hits the trash can with it.  Tatum sends Wendy into the ring and Tatum tosses the trash can into the ring.  

Tatum puts the trash can in the turnbuckle and she hits a cross body in the opposite corner.  Tatum gets Wendy up for a Burning Hammer driver.  Tatum goes for a cross body in the corner where the trash can is and Wendy ducks down and Tatum hits the trash can.  Wendy puts Tatum in the trash can and the tree of woe at the same time.  Wendy with a drop kick into the trash can.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Wendy Irish whips Tatum toward the doll house.  Wendy avoids going into the doll house.  Wendy hip tosses Tatum into the doll house.  Wendy puts Tatum in the casket but she closes it on the pillow so there is no seal.  Wendy hits Tatum with the pillow.  Wendy dumps legos from the pillow and Wendy goes for a Bubba Bomb but Tatum blocks it.  Wendy with a full nelson slam onto the legos.  

We see Lexis King and William Regal in LOCKER ROOM.

Back to the match and Wendy asks for the casket to be opened and she throws Tatum into it but Tatum uses her feet to keep it open.  Wendy with a kick to the chest and a Sleeple’s Elbow and the casket closes but the match continues.  Tatum with a chop and Wendy chops back.  Tatum with a forearm and Wendy chokes Tatum and pulls her onto the casket.  Tatum escapes and Tatum sprays a fire extinguisher that sends Wendy through the bed.  Tatum picks p Wendy and puts her in the casket and closes the lid.

Winner: Tatum Paxley.

Now it is time for the video recap from Halloween Havoc.

In-Ring: Trick Williams, Bubba Ray Dudley

Trick Williams makes his way to the ring.

Trick says they went to Halloween Havoc.  He went through the Devil’s Playground.  He used the Holy Water.  He beat Ethan Page.  Trick says he is in pain right now.  Ethan said that he would put him through pain he never felt before and that happened.  He did not tell Trick that Ridge was going to jump him after the match.  There is one reason he is not in the hospital.  He wants to talk to Bubba Ray Dudley.

Bubba comes to the ring.

Trick thanks Bubba for having his back on Sunday.

Bubba says he was doing the right thing so he doesn’t have to thank him.  It was about Ridge Holland.  It was about Ridge and the disrespect he showed him and his partner and to his show.  Bubba says he was disrespectful on the preshow and during Halloween Havoc.  He says that he was watching Trick during his match and he heard the people cheer and chant for him.  As you are getting beat down, he is looking toward the entrance and where was the help?  Where were his friends?  Not one person came to save you.  Do you know why?

Bubba says it is because of the title.  That is why no one came to help you.  You are the NXT Champion.  You are what they aspire to be.  That might as well be a target and bullseye.  Bubba tells him to have eyes in the back of his head.

Trick says he hears Bubba.  He says he wants revenge on Ethan and Ridge.  He says he knows Bubba does too.  He says he has been on Bubba’s show but was never face to face with him until Sunday.  Trick says he wants a tag match and he wants Bubba to be his partner against Ridge Holland and Ethan Page.

Bubba says he has known Trick for about three minutes and you have gotten his juices flowing.  You got him thinking about South Philadelphia and the energy in that arena.  You got him thinking about lacing up his boots again.  He got him thinking about taking things to the extreme.  He got him think about going with the camo or tye dye.  Maybe he puts the glasses on and maybe he tells Trick to get the tables.

Bubba says it is not about him.  It is about you.  It is about every other wrestler in the locker room who do it better than anyone else.  He says he can’t take their spot.  He says he appreciates it but he has to say no.

Bubba leaves the ring.

Backstage: Ava, Rob Van Dam, Kelani Jordan, Wes Lee, Nikkita Lyons

Ava is in LOUNGE and she says that Trick and Bubba would have been a good team.  He asks someone about their history with Bubba.  Rob Van Dam says that Bubba might not want to be part of the show next week, but he knows someone who wants to be part of the show.  Rob Van Dam.  

Ava asks Rob what can he do.

Kelani Jordan shows up and she wants a rematch.

Nikkita Lyons says that Kelani wants her title back but she lost.  Nikkita says she will take any opportunity and she says Fallon needs a challenger.

Kelani says she will take care of Nikkita and then deal with Fallon.

Nikkita says she won’t get far.

Backstage: Shawn Spears, Brooks Jensen, The Tony D’Angelo Family

We are back and Shawn Spears is with Brooks Jensen.  They talk about what is next for Tony.

Rizzo tells Tony she has business to attend to.

Luca shows up with a voicemail for Tony to listen to and he asks for some room from Shawn and Brooks. 

Nunzio tells Tony to bring the title with him to Philly.

Tony says they will take care of him next week.

NXT Heritage Cup Championship
Lexis King vs. Charlie Dempsey (c)

Round One

Charlie with a wrist lock take down but King with a head scissors.  Charlie escapes.  Charlie with a heel hook and he starts to work on the ankle.  King drops down and gets a near fall.  Charlie with a sunset flip for a near fall.  King with a back slide for a near fall.  King with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Charlie with an Irish whip and King goes through the legs. 

Charlie with a European uppercut and knees.  King with an Irish whip and drop kick.  King with a cross body off the turnbuckles for a near fall.  King with a rollup for a near fall.  Charlie with a forearm and a butterfly suplex and bridge for the three count.

Score: Charlie Dempsey – 1 fall, Lexis King – 0 falls

Round Two

Charlie with a running uppercut and knees to King.  Charlie with a cravate take down and a bridge.  Charlie holds on to the cravate.  Charlie with a forearm to the back followed by a kick.  Charlie with a wrist lock and arm drag take down.  Charlie with a near fall but King gets his shoulder up and he bridges.  King with a monkey flip to escape.  King with a monkey flip.

King is sent to the apron and he falls to the floor but he holds his knee.  The referee checks on King and he gets back to his feet but falls back to the floor.  Regal asks King

We go to commercial.

We are back and the referee paused the match and King with kicks and uppercuts.  King with a back body drop and clothesline.  King with a back elbow and a belly-to-back suplex.  

Round Three

Charlie runs into a knee and King gets a near fall.  Charlie with a kick to the injured knee and a dragon screw.  Charlie backs King into the corner and he connects with forearms.  Charlie with a gutwrench suplex and a second one.  Charlie with a fisherman’s suplex for a near fall.  Charlie with a single leg crab. King tries to get to the ropes but Charlie pulls him into the center of the ring.

Charlie with European uppercuts and King fires back with forearms and chops.  Charlie with a throw and an atomic drop to the knee.  King with an enzuigiri.  Regal gives King the brass knuckles and King takes them but Regal takes them back when the referee shows up.  King says he is not his father and Charlie clips King and hits a German suplex and bridge for the three count.

Winner: Charlie Dempsey via Pinfall to retain the NXT Heritage Cup Championship.

Video: Lola Vice

A video aired featuring Lola Vice talking about her Hardcore match against Jadia Parker at next week’s show at the 2300 Arena.

Brinley Reece vs. Zaria

They lock up and Zaria backs Reece into the ropes but Brinley escapes.  Zaria with a shoulder tackle.  Reece with a forearm and Zaria is not happy with that.  Zaria with a clothesline.  Zaria with a wrist lock and she tries to break the arm and she lifts Reece in the air by the wrist and the referee checks on the arm and Zaria pulls at it again.  Zaria with a shoulder in the corner and a few more.  Zaria with an Irish whip and splash into the corner followed by a back breaker.  

We see Je’Von Evans and Cedric Alexander STRETCHING.

Zaria sends Reece’s head into the mat.  Reece with punches and Zaria sends her into the corner.  Reece with a kick and rollup for a near fall.  Reece with a forearm or two.  Reece goes for a round off clothesline but Zaria moves and she hits a German suplex and spear.  Zaria with an F-5 for the three count.

Winner: Zaria via Pinfall.

After the match Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx show up in the bleacher and she says that she took their spotlight so they will take Zaria’s.

Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade come out and say they want to welcome Zaria to NXT.

Kelani Jordan makes her way to the ring and Fallon says that is only two.

Stephanie Vaquer and Giula show up.

Roxanne says that is four on five and they like it.

Jordynne Grace comes out to the ring.

All ten women start fighting and they pair off.  Grace with a rolling Death Valley Driver to Fallon.  Jordan witha  sit out X Factor.  Zaria with an F-5 to Jacy.  Zaria and Grace press Slam Roxanne onto everyone on the floor.

Kelani Jordan vs. Nikkita Lyons

They lock up and Jordan with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Lyons with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Jordan gets to her feet and Jordan goes for the Tiger Feint arm drag but Lyons blocks it.  Jordan with a  handspring back elbow into the corner followed by a splash for a near fall.  Lyons misses a round kick and Lyons pulls Jordan to the mat for a split and Jordan does the same for Lyons.  Lyons runs Jordan into the corner and connects with shoulders.  Lyons catches Jordan off the turnbuckles and Lyons with a catapult.  Lyons catapults Jordan into the middle rope.  Lyons with an accordion suplex for a near fall.  Lyons with a cobra clutch.  Jordan with punches but Lyons with a knee.

Lyons pulls Jordan off the ropes and Jordan lands on her feet.  Jordan with running forearms and a step over jumping heel kick.  Lyons goes to the floor and Jordan follows.  Lyons with a super kick and she goes to the turnbuckles for a Vader Bomb but . . . 

Adriana Rizzo makes her way to the entrance and the earrings come off.  

Lyons misses a Vader Bomb and Jordan with a split legged moonsault for the three count.

Winner: Kelani Jordan via Pinfall.

After the match, Rizzo with a double leg take down and then she hits a suicide dive onto Lyons.  Referees try to separate them and that doesn’t work too well.

In-Ring: Ethan Page, Ridge Holland, Bubba Ray Dudley, Trick Williams

We are back and Ethan Page is in the ring.  

He says if you think he is finished with the NXT Championship, you are sadly mistaken.

Ridge Holland comes out and he wants to stop Ethan.  He says everyone is sick and tired of you.  You won the title when you got here.  You have had shot after shot and opportunity after opportunity.  Trick Williams survived Halloween Havoc.  He won’t be holding on to that championship too much longer.  He will be the one to knock Trick off that throne and take the title.  Ridge says Bubba came to his senses and he made the smartest decision of his life by rejecting Trick’s offer.

Bubba Ray Dudley’s music plays and he walks to the ring with purpose.

Bubba says it is time that he had a little talk with Ridge.  Before Halloween Havoc, he didn’t know that much about Ridge.  Now, in the past 48 hours, he has learned a lot about him.  You have commanded the conversation on his show.  No matter where he turns, people are talking about Ridge Holland.  What does he know about him now?  He is one hell of a rugby player.  You are tough, fast, agile, and he could go on and on.  A few smarted him up about him.  You shattered both legs and came back after eight months.  That is respectable.  

That is where respect ends.

You disrespected him, his partner, his show, and every wrestling fan.  He says he doesn’t deal well with disrespect.  He asks Ridge do you know who he is?  He says he is one half of the best tag team to walk God’s green Earth.  He has held more championships than you have had championship opportunities.  As far as you getting a shot at the NXT championship whether you deserve it or not?  Debatable.

Bubba says that Ethan deserves absolutely nothing.

Bubba gets in Ridge’s face and turns his back on Page.

Bubba says the NXT Universe will need to see a lot more out of Ridge before he gets a title match.

Ridge says nobody cares what Bubba thinks any more.  You are not an active competitor.  You are a radio host.  All you do is sit at a microphone.  You don’t live in Dudleyville any more.  You are a nostalgia act.  He says that Bubba was overrated.  He tells Bubba to go back to his studio to complain about this generation of superstars or his partner will need another co-host because you will be in the hospital.

Bubba punches Ridge and Page attacks Bubba from behind.  They double team Bubba until Trick Williams’ music plays and he takes care of Trick while Bubba deals with Page.

Bubba asks Trick if he still wants a tag team partner for Wednesday.  Next Wednesday, NXT from the ECW Arena, the two of you versus him and Trick.

Backstage: Zaria, Stephanie Vaquer, Kelani Jordan, Giulia, Jordynne Grace, Rhea Ripley

Jordynne, Zaria, Kelani, Stephanie, and Giulia talk about their match next week.

Rhea Ripley shows up and she heard about the tag match for next week.  She says the match will be amazing and she tells them to rip the bloody roof off.

We are back with comments from Jaida Parker.  She says their ideas of a hardcore match is different.  You can use your MMA, but she can use any weapon she wants.

She says if Dawn Marie gets in her way, she will learn what Lola Vice is going to find out.  She don’t play.

Backstage: Ava, Mr. Stone, Stevie Turner, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Rhea Ripley

Robert Stone and Stevie Turner are with Ava and they talk about the tag team champions going into next week.

Liv Morgana andn Raquel Rodriguez walk into the building with bats and officials and the medical staff check on a bloody Rhea Ripley by her car.

NXT Tag Team Championship
Je’Von Evans & Cedric Alexander vs. Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c)

Axiom and Cedric start things off and Cedric with a waist lock but Axiom kicks Cedric away.  Axiom goes for the leg and Cedric kicks him away.  Cedric with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Axiom with a reversal and he takes Cedric to the mat.  Cedric escapes and Axiom with a wrist lock take down.  Axiom with an ankle pick on a leap frog.  Axiom goes for a bow and arrow but Cedric gets a near fall.  Frazer says he wants Evans and they tag in.  Frazer avoids Evans and they go around the ring and Frazer flips over Evans.  Frazer with a head scissors and Evans lands on his feet.  Evans with a series of missed kicks and Frazer backs into the ropes.

Frazer slaps Evans and Evans with a double leg take down and forearms.  Evans trips Frazer and Alexander tags in and hits a drop kick for a near fall.  Cedric gets a near fall and applies a front face lock.  Cedric with a chop and Evans tags in.  Evans with an Irish whip and he runs into an elbow.  Frazer goes to the apron and he leaps over Evans and Frazer with a drop kick.  Frazer kicks and chokes Evans and Axiom tags himself in and he pushes Frazer away.  Evans punches Frazer and Axiom punches Evans. Evans with a slingshot head scissors and he sends Axiom to the floor.  Cedric tags in and he hits a flip dive while Evans knocks Frazer off the apron.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Axiom with a chin lock on Alexander but Cedric with a chop.  We see footage from the commercial break when Axiom and Frazer worked over Alexander.  Back to live action, Axiom with a kick but he misses a spin kick.  Cedric with a Detonation Kick.  Frazer and Evans tag in and Evans with forearms and a spinning heel kick.  Evans with a suicide dive to Axiom and then he goes up top and hits a springboard clothesline on Frazer for a near fall.  Evans looks for Cedric but Axiom blocks a spinning heel kick and he applies an ankle lock.  Evans with a super kick on Axiom and Frazer for a near fall.  Evans checks on Cedric on the floor.  Frazer is pulled from the ropes and he lands on his feet and he kicks Evans.  Axiom tags in and he hits a missile drop kick while Frazer hits a leg sweep.  Axiom gets a near fall.

Axiom goes to the turnbuckles but Evans moves and Axiom lands on his feet.  Cedric tags in and Evans with a kick.  Evans with a power bomb and Cedric with a sit out power bomb but Frazer drop kicks Evans into Cedric to break up the cover.  Evans tags in and he kicks Frazer.  Evans goes for a springboard move and Frazer gets in the way so Evans turns it into a double jump cutter for a near fall.  Cedric tags in and Axiom with a Destroyer and a chop to Cedric.  Cedric chops Axiom.  Cedric with chops in the corner.  Cedric misses a splash in the corner when Axiom floats over but Cedric kicks Axiom.  Cedric goes to the turnbuckles and Axiom stops him.  He puts Cedric on the turnbuckles and Frazer tags in.  Axiom with Spanish Fly and Frazer with a Phoenix Splash but Evans breaks up the cover and hits a cutter off Frazer’s back.

Wes Lee makes his way to the ring with a chair and Evans with a suicide dive onto Lee and they fight to the back.

Cedric avoids a Phoenix Splash and Cedric with a kick to Axiom.  Cedric with Lumbar Check on Axiom and a Michinoku Driver on Frazer for a near fall.  Frazer and Axiom hit Chasing the Dragon for the three count.

Winner: Axiom & Nathan Frazer via Pinfall to retain the NXT Tag Team Championship.

Backstage: Je’Von Evans, Wes Lee, Ava, Rob Van Dam

We go the back where Lee and Evans are fighting.  

Ava shows up to stop this and Rob Van Dam shows up.  He says he has an idea.  He says he knows what he wants to do next week.  He says he will see you in Philly and he leaves.

Lee and Evans continue to fight.
