The Hardys on Their Recent Returns to TNA & Jeff Hardy on TNA Being “Exactly Where I’m Supposed to be in 2024”

TV Insider held a recent interview with The Hardys’ Matt & Jeff Hardy. One of the topics discussed included The Hardys’ thoughts about their recent returns to TNA Wrestling and Jeff Hardy feeling that being in TNA is exactly where he and The Hardys are supposed to be in 2024.

Matt Hardy – “We’re feeling really good. We’re happy with how things turned out. The whole TNA environment, the locker room, everything has been pitch-perfect thus far. I feel like they are putting myself and Jeff in situations to succeed. They are optimizing our usage. Once again using our status as legends, which is weird to say. But they are using us the right way where they are maximizing us.”

Jeff Hardy – “There is so much opportunity. There is so much potential within me. I really trust in TNA as this is my third run there. I still have so many things I haven’t done that I want to do before it’s all said and done. With TNA, I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be in 2024. I think we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be in 2024 as a tag team. It’s just super exciting to see the things we’re going to bring into reality.”

Scott D’Amore Comments on Maple Leaf Pro Holding a Show at the Maple Leaf Gardens Being a Top Priority

Fightful held a recent interview with Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling owner Scott D’Amore. One of the topics discussed included Amore’s thoughts about his current top priority for Maple Leaf Pro is to hold an event at the Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto in 2025.

“Maple Leaf Gardens was the home for Maple Leaf Wrestling for its entire existence. That’s where the major shows, for the most part, happened. A few exceptions when they moved to Exhibition Stadium for real big events. A return there is important. Maple Leaf Gardens in its old form as a 17,000 seat arena doesn’t exist, but the exterior is almost the exact same. It still has that marquee that says Maple Leaf Gardens where there were names like Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes, Bruno Sammartino, Bill Watts. Inside that building is the same iconic yellow brick. There is a 3,000 seat hockey arena that tailor-made for wrestling. Ring of Honor did it. Returning to Maple Leafs Gardens is a huge step for us and a celebration of the rebirth of the Maple Leaf brand. It’s the bridge from Maple Leaf Wrestling to Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling. It’s the pivot point there for bringing pro wrestling, in a major way, back to Church Street, back to Maple Leafs Gardens. Regardless of what the building is officially called, because like everything else its sponsored by Mattamy Homes, it’s the Mattamy Entertainment Complex, but in our heart and the hearts of so many fans, it’s still Maple Leaf Gardens. Bringing Maple Leaf Pro to Maple Leaf Gardens is top priority for us and high on our list for 2025.”
