Private Party vs. Young Bucks for AEW Tag Titles Announced for WrestleDream 2024

Saturday’s taped AEW Collision show in Toledo, Ohio featured the first of two new matches announced for AEW WrestleDream 2024.

This new match announced was an AEW World Tag Team Championship match of Private Party (Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy) vs. The Young Bucks (Matthew & Nicholas Jackson) (c).

This match was setup following Private Party defeating Top Flight and House of Black in an AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Three-way match.


AEW Women’s Title Match Announced for AEW WrestleDream 2024

Saturday’s taped AEW Collision show also featured the second of two new matches announced for AEW WrestleDream 2024, which takes place on October 12th at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington.

This new match announced was an AEW Women’s World Championship match of Winner of Britt Baker/Willow Nightingale vs. “The Glamour” Mariah May (c).

This match was setup following a backstage segment involving May and AEW Interim EVP Christopher Daniels.

Emi Sakura AEW Return & Two New Matches Announced for Oct. 8th AEW Dynamite Title Tuesday 2024 Show

Saturday’s taped AEW Collision show also featured the announcement of Emi Sakura making her return to AEW and two new matches and two new segments for the card of next week’s AEW Dynamite Title Tuesday 2024 show on October 8th at the Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington.

During the show, a vignette aired hyping up Sakura’s upcoming return to AEW and revealed that Sakura will be facing off against Mercedes Mone for both the AEW TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s Championships.

In regards to the other new match for the show, this was announced to be an AEW Women’s World Championship #1 Contender match of Britt Baker vs. Willow Nightingale.

In regards to the new segments, the first new segment announced was a HOOK promo segment featuring HOOK demanding answers on who had attacked his father Taz.

The second new segment announced was a Brody King and Darby Allin face-to-face promo segment.
