Greg Gange Comments on WWE Has Plans to Use Jesse Ventura for Return of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event
As noted before, WWE is currently expected to announce a new live primetime special on NBC very soon that is expected to be the return of WWE’s classic Saturday Night’s Main Event series.
A recent episode of the Straight Talk with The Boss w/ Magnum TA and Greg Gagne podcast featured co-host Greg Gagne clamming that WWE currently has plans to use WWE Hall of Famer Jesse “The Body” Ventura for the revival of their Saturday Night’s Main Event series.
“I mean, with what they’re paying those guys to come in, I think Jesse’s going to do the — they’re doing some NBC Saturday night shows, about four of them, they’re gonna use Jesse for that.
If you can’t say something nice about someone, don’t say anything at all. I’m done talking about Jesse.”
Ventura made a special appearance backstage at the July 29th WWE RAW show that took place in his home state of Minnesota.

Backstage Update on MGK & Randy Orton Backstage Incident at SummerSlam 2024
As noted before, rapper Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) recently claimed that he was involved in a backstage incident with Randy Orton at this past August’s WWE SummerSlam 2024 event in Cleveland, Ohio. Orton has denied Kelly’s claims being true.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that no footage exists that corroborates MGK’s account of the alleged incident. It was reported that people have tried looking for footage of it but nothing has been found.
It was reported that every WWE talent and staff member spoken to stated that they never heard about this alleged incident taking place until MGK made the comments on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast. Those spoken to reportedly stated that they currently assume that MGK was working an angle with his comments and people close to him stated that it appears that MGK was enjoying himself.
It was also reported that people who had asked Orton about the situation were outright told by Orton that it didn’t happen.
