Matt Hardy Comments on The Hardys Creative Plans in TNA for Rest of 2024 & Talks with WWE Still Ongoing

A recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast featured co-host Matt Hardy’s thoughts about his and his brother Jeff’s current creative plans in TNA Wrestling for the remainder of 2024 and their talks with WWE for a potential deal are still ongoing.

“We’re both very, very happy. We’re extremely happy with how TNA is going right now, and we’re going to be continuing this for a while. We just actually talked about some creative stuff going through the end of this year right now. So that’s very exciting. We dig what we have. As far as going to WWE or going to AEW, I mean, it’s a ‘never say never’ scenario. In my world, in the extreme life of Matt Hardy, it’s never say never. You never rule anything out. You never close any doors on anything. You just do your best, you keep your chin up, you keep moving forward, and you try and speak as honestly and as transparently as possible. So it’s one of those things, if we ended up back at AEW to do something, yeah, we wouldn’t be opposed to that, especially if it’s something that sounded really, really good, that we were very intrigued by. Then, once again, with WWE, there’s still been some ongoing conversation with WWE. So yeah, I mean, anything can happen in the extreme life of Matt Hardy.”

In a recent interview with the Battleground Podcast, Willow Nightingale gave her thoughts about her upcoming return to CMLL’s Arena Mexico for their 91st Anniversary Show. Nightingale stated “The last time I was in Arena Mexico, I felt so much love. I felt this air of — the best word that pops in my head right now is ‘regality.’ Like, we don’t have a building like Arena Mexico in the United States. We don’t have a structure that is specifically dedicated to professional wrestling and has been there for upwards of 60-70 years. The amount of history, the amount of professional wrestling matches, the culture, the love, the passion that has been poured into that building and that seeps through those walls — we don’t have anything like that. So to go there and visit that and see the fans — who it’s so deeply ingrained in their culture and lifestyle — is a joy. So I’m excited. I’m very excited.” (Transcript h/t: F4WOnline.com)
