Mark Briscoe, Orange Cassidy, & Konosuke Takeshita Advances to AEW Continental Title 4-Way Match at All Out 2024

Friday’s special AEW Collision show in Hoffman Estates, Illinois featured three qualifying matches for the AEW Continental Championship Four-way match at AEW All Out 2024.

The first qualifying match was Mark Briscoe defeating Lance Archer.

The second qualifying match was Orange Cassidy defeating “Bad Apple” Bryan Keith.

The third qualifying match was Konosuke Takeshita defeating The Beast Mortos.

As a result of their victories, Briscoe, Cassidy, and Takeshita will officially face off against Kazuchika Okada for the AEW Continental title at All Out 2024.


The Outrunners Win First Televised AEW Match on Friday’s AEW Collision Show

Friday’s special AEW Collision show also featured The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) defeating Davey Bang & August Matthews in a tag team match.

This victory was notable for being The Outrunners first ever televised victory on an AEW show in their AEW career.

The Outrunners feel good celebration would later get cut short after Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir laid out them and their manger Erica Leight during a backstage interview segment on AEW’s Rampage show later that same night.


Three-Way Trios Match Announced for AEW All Out 2024 Zero Hour

Friday’s live AEW Rampage show featured one new match announced for the card of AEW All Out 2024, which takes place on September 7th at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

This new match announced was a Three-way Trios match of Top Flight (Darius & Dante Martin) & Action Andretti vs. Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor & Lee Moriarty) & The Beast Mortos vs. The Undisputed Kingdom (Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, & Roderick Strong). It was also announced that this match will be taking place on AEW All Out’s Zero Hour pre-show.

This match was setup following a backstage interview segment involving Top Flight, Action Andretti, Leila Grey, Shane Taylor Promotions, The Beast Mortos, and Undisputed Kingdom. During the segment, AEW backstage interviewer Lexy Nair stated that the winner of this match would receive a big cash prize as a match purse.
