WWE: WWE Announces Storyline Injury Update for Seth Rollins, Bobby Lashley Arm Injury Update, Official Poster for WWE Bash In Berlin

WWE Announces Storyline Injury Update for Seth Rollins

As noted before, this past Monday’s WWE RAW show in Baltimore, Maryland featured Seth Rollins being involved in a storyline injury angle at the hands of Bronson Reed. This storyline injury angle was meant to be WWE’s way of writing off Rollins due to him currently dealing with a legitimate injury issue.

WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce provided an update earlier today on Twitter stating that due to the severity of his injury, Rollins is currently out of action for WWE for an “unspecified period” of time. Pearce also announced that he has fined Reed a “massive” amount of money due to his recent actions that Reed has appealed.

“Adam Pearce here with a bit of bad news over morning coffee, as our medical staff has informed me that Seth Rollins has in fact suffered several cracked ribs and internal bruising and, as such, will be out of action for an unspecified period of time. Bronson Reed, the cause of this last Monday on Raw, has been fined a massive yet undisclosed amount of money, which he has appealed. And I do not expect that Mr. Reed will be happy when I deny that appeal.”

Bobby Lashley Arm Injury Update – Lashley Hopes to be Medically Cleared in “About a Month”

As noted before, Bobby Lashley has been out of action for WWE due to an undisclosed injury that was later revealed to be arm-related. Bobby Lashley’s contract with WWE is currently set to soon and he is expected to be leaving the company.

A recent episode of The Laboratory with Plaz podcast featured Lashley as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Lashley providing an update on his recovery from his arm injury and being currently hopeful to be medically cleared in about a month.

“I had surgery. A little boo boo, happened in France during a match. Just a freak accident. They told me I wasn’t supposed to be back for six months. Six weeks, I have the brace off, working out. My physical therapist was like, ‘You’re not supposed to be able to do that.’ ‘I’m different.’ I’m working out and lifting. I don’t think I’m two months out of surgery now and I’m hitting it pretty hard. I think I’ll be ready and cleared in less than a month. At that time, we’ll see what happens.”
