WWE SmackDown TV Tapings Spoilers for August 30th Episode

WWE held a new SmackDown television tapings earlier today at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany.

This taping was for Friday’s episode of SmackDown, which was held live in Germany but will air later tonight in the United States due to the six-hour time zone difference.

Full results from WWE’s SmackDown tapings for August 30th episode:

• Dark match – The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) defeated A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller)
• WWE United States Champion LA Knight came out to the ring and talked about WWE holding a show in Germany for the first time in 27 years. Knight stated that since Berlin is the capital of Germany, let’s call the U.S. title the Capital Championship. Knight then issued his open challenge for his title, which led to Ludwig Kaiser coming out answering the challenge.
• WWE United States Championship Open Challenge match – LA Knight (c) defeated Ludwig Kaiser. The crowd booed Knight for defeating their hometown star after Knight hit the BFT for the victory.
• Legado del Fantasma (Angel & Berto) defeated Baron Corbin & Apollo Crews
• Solo Sikoa was seen backstage talking about DIY and the Street Profits will face The Bloodline and they will acknowledge him. Sikoa stated that he sacrifced his brother Jimmy Uso first, then he took out Paul Heyman, and then he took out Roman Reigns. Sikoa stated that he took the right to be called Tribal Chief and if he did it to his own family, what will they do to the four of you? Sikoa then turned his attention towards Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens and stated that he does not give a dam which one of you wins tomorrow since he is coming for you for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
• SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis came out to the ring and introduced both Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes who came out to the ring for their face-to-face promo segment. Owens asked Rhodes what he wants to talk about, which Rhodes responded back saying the Undisputed WWE Championship. Owens responded back stating that he wants to talk about something else and brought up Rhodes suffering an apparent knee injury during the recent European tour. Rhodes responded back talking about last week’s show and how it looked like Owens was about to hit him with the title belt. After some more back-and-forth banter revolving around Rhodes’ potential knee injury, Owens talked about first winning the WWE title eight years ago. Rhodes asked Owens if they will still be friends after tomorrow, which Owens responded by dropping the microphone and whispered something into Rhodes’ ear before leaving. This led to Rhodes giving a flustered reaction over what Owens’ had just told him.
• Baron Corbin & Apollo Crews and A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) were seen backstage bickering at each other. Waller and Theory teased more dissensions between the two before making up and defusing the situation.
• Carmelo Hayes defeated Andrade
• WWE Women’s Championship Street Fight match – Nia Jax (c) defeated Michin
• Post-show dark match – Damian Priest defeated Dominik Mysterio
• Post-show dark match – WWE World Heavyweight Championship – Gunther (c) defeated Ilja Dragunov
