As noted before, AEW CEO Tony Khan revealed in an interview with The Dan Lebatard Show last week that AEW still has “big plans” for England in 2025 following the recent announcement of next year’s All In event taking place in Texas.
Recent local advertisements spotted in London ahead of this Sunday’s All In 2024 event revealed that next year’s AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door event is currently scheduled to take place in the city. No other details regarding the date nor venue was given.

This will be the second Forbidden Door event to be held outside of the United States, following the 2023 event taking place in Toronto, Canada. This will also be the third AEW pay-per-view event and the first non-All In PPV event to take place in the United Kingdom.
