Brock Anderson Comments on His Time in AEW & Belief He Was Not Ready for a Wrestling Career in AEW

A recent episode of the Under The Ring podcast featured former AEW talent Brock Anderson as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Anderson’s thoughts about his time in AEW and his belief that he was not ready to work for AEW very early into his wrestling career.

“When I was at AEW, hindsight’s 20/20, you can look back and see that things weren’t going to be the way they were. But I didn’t know — it was a new company, I didn’t know what was going to happen. But I don’t think looking back now I was ready for that. Because for young guys, there is no setup to really learn and grasp the business. It’s basically just TV.”

Orange Cassidy Comments on Casino Gauntlet Being “One Of The Perfect Matches AEW Could Ever Do”

Stephanie Chase held a recent interview with Orange Cassidy. One of the topics discussed included Cassidy’s thoughts about the Casino Gauntlet being one of the perfect matches that AEW could ever do to match the company’s style and identity.

“The first time that AEW did one of these (Casino Gauntlet), I thought it was incredible. Dare I say, it’s one of the perfect matches AEW could ever do. For AEW’s style and AEW’s identity, this match is actually perfect. I was actually really, really happy too when they said they were gonna do it for this show (All In 2024) specifically because it just gives an opportunity… it is also exciting. There’s an element of I don’t know who’s gonna come out next which is great for you and the fan. But, terrible for me because I don’t know who’s gonna come out… I think it’s an exciting match for AEW to have… Probably moving forward, probably one of our signature matches that people will recognize.”
