Jay White Injury & AEW Return Plans Status Update
As noted before, Jay White has been out of action for AEW since this pats July due to an foot injury.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that White is healthy and has recovered from his foot injury. AEW officials reportedly currently have plans for White to return to AEW television soon.
It was reported that AEW officials had never expected White to be out of action for that long due to his injury.
CMLL Women’s Title Match Announced for AEW All Out 2024
Saturday’s AEW Collision show at the Esports Stadium Arlington in Arlington, Texas featured one new match announced for the card of All Out 2024, which takes place on September 7th at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
This new match announced was a CMLL Women’s World Championship match of Kris Statlander vs. Willow Nightingale (c).
This match was setup following a backstage promo segment involving Stokely Hathaway and Statlander. During the promo, Hathaway announced that Statlander will be facing Nightingale for the CMLL Women’s title at All Out 2024. Hathaway also stated that a special stipulation for the match will get to be determined by the winner of their tag team match against Nightingale & Tomohiro Ishii at All In 2024.

Dustin Rhodes’ Nephews Wayne & Wyatt Make AEW Debut at Saturday’s AEW Collision Taping
AEW held one dark match prior to the start of Saturday’s AEW Collision show in Arlington, Texas.
This was a tag team match of The New Texas Outlaws (Wayne & Wyatt Rhodes) defeating Aaron Solo & Jon Cruz.
The New Texas Outlaws are the nephews of Dustin Rhodes and their tag team name is in homage to the former NWA tag team that consisted of their late grandfather Dusty Rhodes and Dick Murdoch.
