  1. Darby Allin & Hologram defeated The Premier Athletes (Tony Nese & Josh Woods) via Crucifix Pin (pinfall)
    • Mark Sterling & Ari Daivari came out with the Premier Athletes to be in their corner for the match. Prior to the start of the match, Sterling & Daivari gave a promo insulting the Arlington crowd, Hologram and Allin.
    • Near the end of the match, Sterling and Daivari interfered leading to Allin hitting a Coffin Drop onto them on the outside. Hologram then tossed Nese over the ropes only to get caught in an attempted Chaos Theory by Woods that Hologram countered with a Crucifix roll-up for the pinfall victory.
  2. Texas Bull Rope match – Thunder Rosa defeated Deonna Purrazzo via Fire Thunder Driver (pinfall)
    • Near the end of the match, Purrazzo attacked Thunder and placed her on the table near the corner and went up to the top rope only to be stopped by Rosa. This led to Rosa attacking Purrazzo with the cow bell and hit a top rope bulldog to Purrazzo through the table. Rosa then hit a Fire Thunder Driver to Purrazzo for the pinfall victory.
  3. FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) defeated The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) via Shatter Machine (pinfall)
    • Harwood pinned – after FTR hit the Shatter Machine for the victory.
  4. RUSH defeated Preston via Bull’s Horn (pinfall)
    • Following the match, RUSH left the ring only to stop and turned around and went back into the ring to attack Vance laying him out with another Bull’s Horn. RUSH then grabbed a cable robe from under the ring only to be stopped by the referee and other AEW officials before he could use it on Preston.
  5. AEW World Championship Eliminator Open Challenge match – Swerve Strickland defeated Tomohiro Ishii via House Call (pinfall)
    • Prince Nana came out with Strickland to be in his corner for the match. Prior to the start of the match, Strickland gave a promo talking about his upcoming matches against Bryan Danielson and Wheeler Yuta and claiming he will own Danielson’s legacy when he is done. Nana took over and called out for whoever was going to answer the challenge to come out. This led to Ishii’s music playing revealing him being the one to accept.
  6. Hikaru Shida defeated Aleah James via Falcon Arrow (pinfall)
  7. AEW World Trios Championship #1 Contender match – House of Black (Buddy Matthews, Brody King, & Malakai Black) vs. Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson & The Gunns (Austin & Colten Gunn)) went to a Double Knockout (referee stoppage)
    • This match featured the stipulation of Christian Cage as the special guest referee.
    • Near the end of the match, all three members of Bang Bang Gang and all three members of House of Black were laid out on the mat leading to Cage starting his count. Cage counted up to nine leading to Matthews managing to get up on his feet only for Cage to hit a spear laying him out. Cage then gave the “ten” count and called for the bell to end the match in a draw. This led to The Patriarchy’s Nick Wayne & Killswitch running out attacking both the Bang Bang Gang and House of Black that ended with Cage hitting a Killswitch to Black onto a chair as the show went to a close.

AEW Tag Titles & TBS Title Matches Announced for Next Week’s Dynamite Show

Saturday’s AEW Collision show featured two new matches announced for the card of next week’s Dynamite show on August 14th at the Chartway Arena in Norfolk, Virginia.

The first new match announced was an AEW World Tag Team Championship match of The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) vs. The Young Bucks (Matthew & Nicholas Jackson) (c).

The second new match announced was a TBS Championship match of Hikaru Shida vs. Mercedes Mone (c).

This match was setup following a backstage interview segment involving Shida. During her interview, Shida brought up her recent loss to Britt Baker and how they are tied at two wins a piece for their careers in AEW. Shida then stated that she wanted to be at All In and is down to her last chance. Shida then issued a challenge to Mercedes Mone for the TBS title and claimed that when she wins, she will be heading to All In. Following the segment, Tony Schiavone confirmed that this match has been made official for next week’s show.

Claudio Castagnoli Issues Challenge to Kazuchika Okada for AEW Continental Title Match at August 21st Dynamite Show in Wales

Saturday’s AEW Collision show also featured Claudio Castagnoli challenging Kazuchika Okada for his AEW Continental Championship at the August 21st AEW Dynamite show in Cardiff, Wales.

This match was setup following a backstage promo segment involving Castagnoli. During his promo, Castagnoli talked about wanting to win the Continental title before this year’s Continental Classic and brought up how he earned a shot for Okada’s title. Castagnoli then issued a challenge for this match to take place at the first ever Dynamite show in the United Kingdom, which he revealed was the August 21st show in Cardiff. Castagnoli stated that if Okada was still confused, he would make it clear when they meet face-to-face at next week’s Dynamite show.


Willow Nightingale & Tomohiro Ishii vs. Kris Statlander & Stokely Hathaway Match Set for AEW All In 2024

Saturday’s AEW Collision show also featured one new match announced for the card of AEW All In 2024, which takes place on August 25th at Wembley Stadium in London, England.

This new match announced was a Mixed Tag Team match of Willow Nightingale & Tomohiro Ishii vs. Kris Statlander & Stokely Hathaway. This match was announced to be taking place on All In’s Zero Hour pre-show.

This match was initially setup during Friday’s AEW Rampage show involving Nightingale and Ishii talking about their issues with Statlander and Hathaway and Nightingale challenging them to a match at All In.

During tonight’s show, Lexy Nair held an in-ring interview with Hathaway & Statlander. Hathaway responded to the comments Nightingale made about a “short bald man” who he thought was Ishii and proceeded to mock him. This led to Nair interrupting stating that Nightingale was actually talking about him had he not interrupted her. Hathaway attempted to respond rejecting the challenge only for Stalander to interrupt him and accepted their challenge to his surprised reaction.
