WWE: Triple H on WWE Being Open to Potential Brock Lesnar Return, Lexis King on Differences Working in AEW & WWE, MVP on WWE Return Run & Career Future

Triple H Comments on Being Open to Having Talks with Brock Lesnar for Potential WWE Return

As noted before, WWE dropped all of their plans for Brock Lesnar’s potential return to the company due to his involvement in the recent Vince McMahon sex trafficking lawsuit.

The Daily Mail held a recent interview with WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque. One of the topics discussed included Levesque’s thoughts about WWE being open to having talks with Brock Lesnar for a potential return to the company in the future.

“You’d have to ask Brock Lesnar that. Brock kind of does his own thing. He’s up in Canada, I’m sure, watching his kids play hockey and enjoying life. If and when he decides he would like to do something, we’d be open to the conversation. We’ll see.”

Lexis King Comments on Differences Between AEW & WWE for His Wrestling Career

A recent episode of the Busted Open Radio podcast featured Lexis King as the guest. One of the topics discussed included his thoughts about the differences working in AEW and WWE for his wrestling career.

“It’s night and day, you know what I mean? I’m not gonna talk too much about Brian Pillman Jr. and the trials and tribulations that he dealt with at AEW, but here at NXT, I mean, shoot, the King’s got it all. I got the respect of the locker room, I got a spot on the show, I’m valued for what I bring to the table, my ability inside the ring, outside the ring. It’s day and night here. There’s a direction for me. I got my eye on the prize, you know what I mean? That’s not anybody’s fault but my own. We saw what happened in Jacksonville, when Pillman Jr.’s eye wasn’t on the ball. I was a shadow of who I am now. I was a nobody because I wasn’t focused on the prize, but here at NXT, we’ve got the Performance Center. I’ve got a place to train. I got young guys and girls looking up to me, who depend on me to go out there and perform and be The King and set an example. So I don’t have time for all this going out and this partying and this DJing bullshit. I come into this gym and I work out in front of these professional coaches, and we get the ball rolling to become the best version of ourselves.”

MVP Comments on His WWE Return Run & Wrestling Career Future

As noted before, Bobby Lashley and MVP are currently expected to leave WWE once their contracts expire with MVP’s contract set to expire this August.

MVP recently reflected on Instagram about his current return run in WWE.

“I came back so my baby boy could see “Daddy” in a WWE ring. “The Royal Rumble.” That’s all I wanted. A one off. I was ready to retire. Then, I received an offer to become a producer. The pandemic hit. I became a producer AND a commentator for Main Event. Next, they asked me to put the boots on and help out with TV during the “PC Era”. One episode of RAW, “MVP” was in NINE segments! Heyman agreed to put me and Roberto together. I signed a full time talent contract.

And then we made history.

What a ride!!!!”

In an earlier post on Instagram, MVP posted a photo of his wrestling boots with the caption of “Dusted these off.” In response to a fan who stated “Well they don’t look hung up to me,” MVP responded back stating ” Because they are NOT!!!”
