Drew McIntyre Wins 2024 Men’s Money in the Bank Briefcase

Saturday’s WWE Money in the Bank 2024 event at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada featured Drew McIntyre winning this year’s Men’s Money in the Bank 2024 Ladder match.

This match featured McIntyre, Jey Uso, Chad Gable, LA Knight, Andrade, and Carmelo Hayes as the competitors.

This was McIntyre’s first ever Money in the Bank Ladder match victory of his WWE career.

Drew McIntyre Cashes In Men’s Money in the Bank Briefcase & Fails to Win World Title Due to CM Punk

Saturday’s WWE Money in the Bank 2024 event also featured McIntyre cashing in his Men’s Money in the Bank briefcase and failing to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

During the World title match between Seth Rollins and Damian Priest, McIntyre’s music played and he came out to the ring holding his briefcase. McIntyre handed his briefcase to the referee who accepted it and officially turned the match into a Triple Threat.

After some action, CM Punk ran out and attacked McIntyre to prevent him from having the opportunity to win the World title. Punk went out of the ring and grabbed the World title and brought it back with him into the ring. Punk then hit McIntyre in the head with the belt resulting in McIntyre being laid out. Priest then grabbed McIntyre and hit a South of Heaven on him for the pinfall victory to retain his title while Punk looked on from the announcer’s table area.

Following the match, an angry Rollins tried to confront Punk over what he did since he also cost him the chance to ever challenge for the title while Priest was still champion. Rollins was stopped by Corey Graves from getting his hands on Punk and Punk turned his attention back towards McIntyre being pleased over what he just did to him.
