Skye Blue Broken Ankle Injury Update – Blue Set to Undergo Surgery
As noted before, Skye Blue has been out of action for AEW since the July 20th AEW Collision show due to a leg injury that was later confirmed to be a broken ankle.
Kyle Fletcher provided an update earlier today on Twitter revealing that Blue is set to undergo surgery.

Two New Matches Announced for This Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Show
AEW recently announced two new matches for this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show at the Ben Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
The first new match announced was a singles match of Hangman Adam Page vs. Darby Allin.

AEW Receives Tax Credit from State of Ohio for Future Event in State
The Ohio Department of Development and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced that they they have approved $36.7 million in state tax credits to support 17 production projects in the state.
It was stated that these tax credits will cover the time period of 2024-2025.
Among the projects and companies approved for the tax credit was AEW, which was listed under TV series and received $1.275 million in tax credit for the upcoming year.
The Ohio Motion Picture Tax Credit Program provides a refundable tax credit of 30 percent on production cast and crew wages and other in-state spending for eligible productions, including feature-length films, documentaries, Broadway and pre-Broadway productions, miniseries, video games, and music videos.
