MJF Explains His Reason for Attacking Daniel Garcia & Bluffed His Match Offer to Garcia for All In 2024

Saturday’s AEW Collision show featured MJF explaining his reasons for his attack on Daniel Garcia at this past Wednesday’s Dynamite show.

At the start of the show, MJF came out to the ring and called for his music to be cut as the crowd booed him over what he did to Garcia on Dynamite. After some insults directed towards the crowd, MJF stated that Garcia is nothing more than a pawn and he is the biggest star in AEW. MJF stated that he was always going to break Garcia’s neck and called him a “Make A Wish” kid at best. MJF talked about his offer to Garcia for a match at All In only for Garcia to not give him an answer. MJF claimed that Garcia would never wrestle again after what he did to him.

MJF then turned his attention towards the fans and told the production truck to play a video, which aired on the big screen and was from the August 2, 2023 Dynamite show. In the video, MJF talked about dealing with emotional rejection disorder and being bullied as a Jewish kid. After the video ended, MJF stated that he opened up to the fans and said that it would tear his heart out if they turned his back on them. MJF stated that he changed for the fans and broke his body for them. MJF stated that after his best friend had stabbed him in the back and Samoa Joe stole his title, the fans chanted “Thank You Joe” after Worlds End.

MJF then stated that while he was doing physical therapy, the fans cheered for that “talentless hack” Will Ospreay. MJF stated that what he did to Garcia was not personal but the fans and everything in AEW sucks. MJF claimed that the only way to fix this “garbage company” is with MJF back on top. MJF asked the fans if they like Ospreay only to trash Ospreay saying that Ospreay can’t help the company like he does. MJF insults Ospreay calling him a child and doesn’t care about ticket sales. MJF stated that Ospreay only cares about Meltzer and star ratings while the only ratings he cares about is from Nielsen. After some more insults by MJF, Ospreay’s music played leading to MJF giving a surprised reaction only to reveal that it was just a ruse played by him after Ospreay didn’t come out. MJF stated that Ospreay is not here tonight and he is not coming because he is coward just like the fans. MJF then started to do his catchphrase leading to the crowd starting to do the same before MJF interrupted them saying that they had their chance and to shut their mouths.
