AEW Battle of the Belts XI Set for July 27th

AEW is currently scheduled to be holding their next Battle of the Belts special, Battle of the Belts XI, on July 27th.

Battle of the Belts XI will be taking place at the Esports Stadium Arlington in Arlington, Texas as part of that night’s tapings with AEW Collision.

In a recent schedule listing update by TNT, it was revealed that this upcoming special will be airing at 10PM EST following that night’s AEW Collision show.

Bryan Danielson Comments on His Men’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament Victory

Sports Illustrated held a recent interview with Bryan Danielson. One of the topics discussed included Danielson’s thoughts about his victory over Hangman Adam Page to win this year’s Men’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournament.

“When I was a teenager, Owen Hart was one of my favorites, which makes this really special. I love hearing about how much he loved his family. Those guys were on the road so much, something like 300 days a year. So when I hear the stories about how he’d find one extra day to be at home, that means a lot. Was he an incredible professional wrestler? Of course. Was he hilarious? Everyone says he was. You can see it in his promos. But I want to embody the way he put his family first.

I’m honored to be part of the Owen Hart Memorial Foundation Tournament. It’s really inspiring to me what Martha Hart has done with this tragedy, and how she’s helped so many people–and raised her children. She got her doctorate. She raised two wonderful children, and she’s an incredible parent. That’s something I aspire to be, too.”

AEW Holding New Dynamite Show at New Venue in Indiana This December

The Fishers Event Center in Fishers, Indiana announced that AEW will be holding a new AEW Dynamite show at their venue on December 4th.

It was also announced that AEW’s show will be part of their upcoming “Opening Series” of events to take place at their venue as part of its officially opening this November.
