Quick Match Results
- Jordynne Grace defeated Stevie Turner via Juggernaut Driver (pinfall)
- Prior to the start of the match, NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez came out to ringside and took a seat at the NXT commentary table.
- Following the match, Perez got into the ring and engaged in a heated staredown with Grace that turned into a brief scuffle resulting in Perez running out of the ring before Grace could attack her.
- Jazmyn Nyx defeated Thea Hail via PK (pinfall)
- Prior to the start of the match. Chase U’s Riley Osborne and Duke Hudson refused to go out with Hail due to their issues with Ridge Holland resulting in Andre Chase and Holland being the only ones who came out at ringside for Hail.
- Near the end of the match, Osborne and Hudson came out from the crowd to be at ringside causing Hail to get distracted enough to lose focus in her opponent resulting in Nyx hitting a PK in the end for the pinfall victory.
- Josh Briggs vs. Shawn Spears went to a No Contest
- Prior to the start of the match, Spears attacked Briggs backstage with a chair resulting in the match never starting. This led to Je’Von Evans getting involved and a brawl breaking out between Evans and Spears that spilled to the ring. This brawl ended with Evans standing tall after hitting a springboard cutter and tossing Spears out of the ring.
- NXT Heritage Cup Championship – Tony D’Angelo (c) defeated Damon Kemp, two points to one point
- Prior to the start of the match, No Quarter Catch Crew’s Charlie Dempsey & Myles Borne came out with Kemp to be his cornermen and the D’Angelo Family came out with D’Angelo to be his cornerpeople.
- D’Angelo scored the first point after hitting a Fuggedaboutit to Demp for the pinfall in Round One.
- Near the end of Round Three, Demp hit a rolling Death Valley Driver to D’Angelo for a near fall that was broken up due to the bell ringing to end the round.
- D’Angelo scored the second and decisive point after hitting a spinebuster to Demp after Demp rushed at D’Angelo at the start of Round Four.
- Natayla defeated Izzi Dane via Roll-up (pinfall)
- Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe vs. mystery opponents went to a No Contest
- Prior to the start of the match, Gallus ran out from the crowd and attacked Dupont and Igwe causing Dupont & Igwe’s match to never start.
- Jaida Parker, Michin, & Sol Ruca defeated Fallon Henley, Lash Legend, & Kelani Jordan via Sol Snatcher (pinfall)
- During the match, Jacy Jayne & Jazmyn Nyx came out to ringside to watch on.
- Near the end of the match, Michin and Parker both reached out for a tag to Ruca only for Michin to smack Parker sending her over the ropes and into the ring. Parker responded by tossing Michin into the ring and a brawl breaking out between the two. This led to Ruca getting distracted causing her to get attacked by Legend and Henley that was stopped by Jordan. This led to Jordan and Henley brawling that ended after Jordan hit a reverse flatliner to Henley and Legend responded with a big boot to lay out Jordan. While Legend was distracted, Ruca hit a Sol Snatcher for the pinfall victory for her team.
- Following the match, Jayne and Nyx were seen clapping and smiling at Ruca over her victory for unknown reasons.
Ethan Signs NXT Contract & Gets NXT Title Match Against Trick Williams for NXT Battleground 2024
Tuesday’s NXT show featured Ethan Page signing an official NXT contract and being granted a NXT Championship match against Trick Williams at NXT Battleground 2024, which takes place on June 9th at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
At the start of the show, Ava was seen in the NXT parking lot with security and Mr. Stone. After a bit of a wait, Page’s care drove up and stated he was honored over the special treatment being shown towards him. Page stated that he wanted to know if they were ready to sign an agreement.

In a follow-up segment, Page was seen exiting Ava’s office and was followed by Ava herself. Page stated that he liked her offer but there was still one more thing he wanted and he has all the leverage and is going to get what he wants. After Page left, Mr. Stone showed up and talked about taking care of a six-women tag match for later tonight and there is a way to spice things up. Ava responded stated that Page is a nightmare with all of his demands and showed off everything Page requested.

In another follow-up segment, Ava was interviewed backstage by Kelly Kincaid who wanted some words about the status of the contract talks for Page. Ava stated that she wanted Page to sign the contract in her office but Page demanded it be done in the ring. NXT Champion Trick Williams showed up and told Ava to just give Page anything he wants since he has unfinished business with him.

In another follow-up segment, Ava was in the ring and called for Page to come out to finish their contract business stuff. Page came out and stated that Ava has to get used to him calling the shots because if he signs, he will get a lot of perks no one else in the locker room will get and he does not think they will like that much. After some more words by Page, Ava responded stating that she is not signing anyone with these demands leading to Page responding back talking about how NXT lost a lot of its top stars because of the WWE Draft and leaving a giant void that was perfectly sized for him to fill in and become the new face of NXT. After some more words by Page, Page claimed that he has earned and deserved the ego that he has. After more words by Page, Williams music played interrupting Page while Page grabbed the contract signing table and tossed it out of the ring and stated that he knows how these things usually end up and he is not having any of that happen tonight. Williams responded telling Ava to give Page what he wants so that he can sign the contract and can get his ass kicked. After some insults filled and heated banter between the two, Page signed the contract and told Ava to do the same. Ava responded stating that she can’t sign the contract because of the final demand Page wanted. Page responded stating that Ava is giving him his first match at NXT Battleground for the NXT title and she is signing for the end of the Whoop That Era. Williams responded stating that Ava and himself built this place together and Page can’t end nothing because on June 9th, he will be hearing one thing. This led to Ava signing the match contract making it official for NXT Battleground.
