AAA Announces New TV Deal for the United States & New Director of Talent Appointed

Lucha Libre AAA announced that they have recently signed a new television deal with TelevisaUnivision to air their shows on the network in the United States. TelevisaUnivision is the parent company of Univision.

It was also announced that they have recently officially appointed Victor Ruiz, also known as Latin Lover, as their new Director of Talent.


Shane Haste’s NJPW Contract Reportedly Expiring Soon

New Japan Pro Wrestling talent Shane Haste’s contract with the company reportedly is set to expire soon, according to Fightful Select.

Sean Ross Sapp reported that his sources stated that Haste’s contract is currently set to expire at some point in June. Sapp reported that it is currently not known if Haste and NJPW officials have held talks for a potential new deal.

Haste has been working for NJPW since March of 2022 as a member of TMDK. Haste previously worked in WWE under the ring name of Shane Thorne from March of 2016 to November of 2021.


Who Killed WCW? Ratings – June 4, 2024

Tuesday’s episode of Who Killed WCW? drew 138,000 viewers on VICE TV.

It drew a 0.03 rating in the 18-49 demographic. It also drew a #101 key demographic ranking for that night.
