Quick Match Results

  1. Chad Gable defeated Sami Zayn via Chaos Theory (pinfall)
    • Prior to the start of the match, Zayn gave a pre-match promo about his upcoming Intercontinental Championship match at King & Queen of the Ring 2024 and proceeded to run down his opponents stating he has two different issues with them, Gable being personal and Reed being only about his title. Alpha Academy came out to interrupt and Gable responded claiming he was the reason for Zayn’s title victory and proceeded to insult his group for being failures. After some more back-and-forth banter between Gable and Zayn, Gable stated that he won’t just take Zayn’s title but also his soul.
    • During the match, Alpha Academy’s Maxxine Dupri and Akira Tozawa refused to attack Zayn while the referee was distracted leading to Gable kicking both out from ringside. Near the end of the match, Otis refused at first to attack Zayn while the referee was distracted leading to Gable berating Otis and slapped him before grabbing the Intercontinental title. Gable attempted to use the belt as a weapon only for Zayn to block it and hit a T-Bone suplex to the corner. Zayn attempted a Helluva Kick only for Otis to get onto the apron and attacked Zayn while the referee was not looking leading to Gable hitting a Chaos Theory for the pinfall victory.
  2. Bron Breakker defeated Kale Dixon via Referee Stoppage
    • The referee called off the match after Dixon was unable to continue from Breakker’s attacks leading to Breakker being upset over it.
    • Following the match, Breakker laid out Dixon with a spear and tossed Dixon out of the ring. Breakker grabbed the steel steps and attempted to hit Dixon before being stopped by WWE officials who ran out to try to save Dixon. This led to Breakker grabbing a chair in return and hit Dixon with it onto the steel steps.
  3. Queen of the Ring 2024 Tournament Semifinal Round match – Lyra Valkyria defeated IYO SKY via Roll-up (pinfall)
    • Near the end of the match, Valkyria attempted a Nightwing to SKY who countered it with a sunset roll-up for a near fall attempt that was countered by Valkyria who sat down and hooked SKY’s legs for the pinfall victory.
  4. WWE World Tag Team Championship – Awesome Truth (The Miz & R-Truth) (c) defeated Judgement Day (JD McDonagh & Finn Balor) via Attitude Adjustment (pinfall)
    • Prior to the match, Awesome Truth were backstage talking about their upcoming title defense and Miz being worried about Judgement Day’s advantage in numbers. R-Truth responded stating to not worry since he talked to Andre The Giant who promised to have their backs. This led to a confused Miz responding back stating that Andre has been dead for years.
    • Near the end of the match, Judgement Day’s Dominik Mysterio and Carlito interfered multiple times leading to Braun Strowman running out to save Awesome Truth. Strowman laid out Carlito and chased McDonagh around the ring leading to McDonagh running back into the ring and got quickly hit with an Attitude Adjustment by R-Truth for the pinfall victory for Awesome Truth.
  5. WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship #1 Contender Fatal Four-way match – Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark defeated Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai & Kairi Sane), Maxxine Dupri & Ivy Nile, and Kayden Carter & Katana Chance via Knee Strike (pinfall)
    • Near the end of the match, Baszler caught Sane in a Kirifuda Clutch and Stark tagged in. Stark grabbed Sane and tossed her up into the air for Basler’s knee strike that connected and Stark followed it with the pinfall to give their team the victory.
  6. King of the Ring 2024 Tournament Semifinal Round match – Gunther defeated Jey Uso via Sleeper Hold (ref stoppage)

Sonya Deville Makes Surprise Return at Monday’s WWE RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show featured Sonya Deville making her surprise return from injury to WWE.

During the show, Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark were seen backstage and looked at someone offscreen, who was revealed to be Deville. Deville introduced herself to Stark and stated that she wanted to talk to both of them. Baszler responded stating that she is not interested in what Deville is trying to sell and walked away.

This was Deville’s first appearance in WWE since July of 2023 due to a torn ACL injury.

Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark Wins Future Shot at WWE Women’s Tag Titles at Monday’s RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark earning a future shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.

Baszler and Stark earned the shot following them defeating Damage CTRL, Maxxine Dupri & Ivy Nile, and Kayden Carter & Katana Chance in a #1 Contender’s Fatal Four-way match.

Gunther Advances to Finals of King of the Ring 2024 Tournament

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one Semifinal Round match for this year’s King of the Ring tournament. This match was for the Finals of the RAW side of the bracket for this year’s tournament.

This tournament match was Gunther defeating Jey Uso.

As a result of his victory, Gunther will be facing off against the winner of Randy Orton vs. Tama Tonga in the Finals of this year’s tournament at the King & Queen of the Ring 2024 event in Saudi Arabia.

Lyra Valkyria Advances to Finals of Queen of the Ring 2024 Tournament

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one Semifinal Round match for this year’s Queen of the Ring tournament. This match was for the Finals of the RAW side of the bracket for this year’s tournament.

This tournament match was Lyra Valkyria defeating IYO SKY.

As a result of her victory, Valkyria will be facing off against the winner of Bianca Belair vs. Nia Jax in the Finals of this year’s tournament at the King & Queen of the Ring 2024 event in Saudi Arabia.
