- Buy-In Pre-show: Deonna Purrazzo defeated Thunder Rosa via Roll-up (pinfall)
- Near the end of the match, Purrazzo rolled up Rosa and held onto the ropes while the referee was not looking to secure the victory.
- The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) defeated Cage of Agony (Brian Cage & The Gates of Agony (Toa Liona & Bishop Kaun)) via Inside Cradle (pinfall)
- Near the end of the match, Cage grabbed a chair and attempted to hit Bowens on the outside only for the Vegas Golden Knights mascot Chance to grab the chair away. This led to Cage giving a surprised reaction and Kaun being distracted in the ring over what just happened. This led to Gunn catching Kaun in a roll-up for the pinfall to give his team the victory.
- AEW International Championship – Will Ospreay defeated Roderick Strong via Stormbreaker (pinfall)
- Unified AEW World Trios Championship – Bang Bang Gang (Jay White & The Gunns (Austin & Colten Gunn)) (c) defeated Death Triangle (Penta El Zero Miedo, Rey Fenix, & PAC) via Bladerunner (pinfall)
- Near the end of the match, The Gunns grabbed a golden bat at ringside leading to the referee confronting them and becoming distracted. PAC went to the top rope to attempt a high flying move to White but before he had the chance to do anything, Juice Robinson ran out and shoved him off causing PAC to land on the turnbuckle. This led to White hitting a Bladerunner for the pinfall victory to retain the titles.
- Following the match, White celebrated with Robinson in the ring.
- AEW Women’s World Championship – Toni Storm (c) defeated Serena Deeb via Storm Zero (pinfall)
- During the match, Mariah May attempted to throw in the towel over Storm being in predicament over Deeb’s Single Leg Crab hold. Luther grabbed the towel causing a tug-of-war between May and Luther that was broken after Luther managed to grab the towel away. After Storm managed to break the hold, she went out of the ring and confronted Luther for holding the towel and chucked it into the crowd.
- Near the end of the match, Storm hit an Avalanche Storm Zero to Deeb and followed it with a regular Storm Zero for the pinfall victory to retain her title.
- Orange Cassidy defeated Trent Beretta via Jackknife Pin (pinfall)
- Prior to the start of the match, Beretta came out with a new generic sounding Evil Best Friends style entrance theme while Cassidy came out to his old “Where Is My Mind” by the Pixies.
- Following the match, Beretta left the ring dejected and shrugged over Rocky Romero who wanted to comfort him over his loss. Renee Paquette attempted to get some words from Beretta over his reaction leading to Beretta stating that he was “done” and walked away through the crowd.
- FTW Championship FTW Rules Three-way match – Chris Jericho (c) defeated HOOK and Katsuyori Shibata via Judas Effect (pinfall)
- Near the end of the match, Big Bill ran out and attacked HOOK to break-up his pin on Jericho. After some more back-and-forth action, “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith ran out and attacked HOOK leading to HOOK fighting back but left himself open to being hit with a Judas Effect by Jericho for the pinfall victory.
- Following the match, Jericho bolted from the ring and motioned for security to come out to stop HOOK from getting to him. This led to security running out only to be quickly laid out by HOOK who walked towards Jericho’s direction who left to the back.
- IWGP World Heavyweight Championship Eliminator match – Jon Moxley defeated Konosuke Takeshita via Death Rider (pinfall)
- Near the end of the match, Takeshita left the ring and grabbed several chairs tossing two of them into the ring and held onto the third one as he went back into the ring. This led to the referee being distracted clearing the two chairs out of the ring and Moxley hitting a curb stomp to Takeshita onto the third chair. Moxley then slid the chair out of the ring and hit a Death Rider to Takeshita for the pinfall victory.
- TNT Championship Barbed Wire Steel Cage match – Adam Copeland (c) defeated Malakai Black via Crossface (referee stoppage)
- Prior to the start of the match, “South of Heaven” by Slayer played and Copeland rose up from the stage in a Brood style entrance.
- During the match, Black sent Copeland through the cage leading to House of Black’s Buddy Matthews & Brody King coming out. Matthews & King stood next to Black before walking over to Copeland’s side teasing them leaving the group. This turned out to only be a ruse and King and Matthews attacked Copeland and sent him back into the ring. After some more beatings, House of Black wrapped barbed wire around Copeland’s head but before they could do anything, the lights went off and turned red leading to Gangrel making a surprise appearance from under the ring. Gangrel attacked Matthews and King before being laid out by Black. After some more action, Copeland wrapped up Black’s face in barbed wire and locked in a Crossface for the referee stoppage victory.
- TBS Championship –
- Prior to the start of the match, a special pre-match video played on the big screen and a live drums band came out playing Mone’s theme as Vegas show dancers came out to dance along with it.
- Near the end of the match, Mone got into it with Kris Statlander on the outside resulting in Statlander and Stokely Hathaway getting on the apron to confront Mone and argue with the ref. This led to Nightingale hitting a Babe With The Powerbomb to Mone and had her down on the mat for longer than a three count due to the refeeree still being distracted with Hathaway. After some more back-and-forth action, Mone managed to hit a Mone Maker to Nightingale for the victory.
- Following the match, Statlander comforted Nightingale over her loss while Hathaway berated Nightingale blaming her for losing the belt. This led to Statlander shoving Hathaway to the ground and helped Nightingale out of the ring. As Statlander and Nightingale made their way to the back, Statlander attacked Nightingale revealing she was faking being on her side and laughed with Hathaway over what they did.
- AEW World Championship – Swerve Strickland (c) defeated Christian Cage via House Call (pinfall)
- Prior to the start of the match, The Patriarchy came out alongside Cage to be in his corner. Strickland’s entrance followed with a special pre-match hype video airing on the big screen reflecting on his road to the AEW World title. Prince Nana came out and referenced classic film “The Warriors” with his repeated “Swerve, come out and play” lines. Strickland came out next in The Warriors inspired attire.
- Throughout the match, The Patriarchy kept interfering and led to Prince Nana grabbing the AEW World title to prevent Mother Wayne from hitting Strickland while the referee was not looking. This led to the referee catching Nana with the belt and tossed him out of the match thinking he was going to interfere. Later in the match, Nick Wayne hit a cutter to Strickland on the outside while the referee was not looking leading to Nana running out with a pipe and chased Wayne through the crowd.
- Anarchy in the Arena match – The Elite (Kazuchika Okada, Jack Perry, & The Young Bucks (Matthew & Nicholas Jackson)) defeated Team AEW (FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood), Darby Allin, & Bryan Danielson) via Running Knee Strike (pinfall)
- Near the end of one of the craziest and insane matches in AEW history, The Elite managed to hang Allin upside down in the air and the Young Bucks hit a stereo superkicks with thumb tacked Reebok Pump sneakers. This led to Danielson making his way back into the ring and blocking Matthew Jackson’s thumb tacked shoe and hit both of the Young Bucks with it. Danielson then hit a series of kicks and stomps to the Young Bucks and hit a Busaiku Knee with a chair to Matthew for a near fall that was broken up by Okada. The Young Bucks then hit a BTE Trigger to Danielson that was followed by Perry hitting a running Knee Strike of his own for the pinfall to give the victory to The Elite.
