- Pre-show: Frontier Zone match – Boltin Oleg, Toru Yano, & Tomohiro Ishii defeated Chicarito Shoki, Tauro Niki, & Ayato Yoshida via Kamikaze (pinfall 8:33)
- Oleg pinned Shoki after hitting a Kamikaze to give his team the victory.
- TMDK (Kosei Fujita & Zack Sabre Jr.) defeated Ryusuke Taguchi & El Desperado via O’Connor Bridge (pinfall 9:32)
- Fujita caught Taguchi in a O’Connor Bridge roll-up to give TMDK the victory.
- BUSHI & Hiromu Takahashi defeated Bullet Club (Gedo & David Finlay) via Fable (submission 5:39)
- BUSHI submitted Gedo after locking in a Figure Four to give his team the win.
- Just Five Guys (DOUKI, Yuya Uemura, & SANADA defeated United Empire (Callum Newman, Great-O-Khan, & Jeff Cobb) via Rolling Crucifix Pin (pinfall 8:54)
- Uemura caught Khan in a crucifix roll-up to give Just Five Guys the victory.
- Following the match, Uemura and Khan got into a scuffle that was broken up the Just Five Guys and United Empire. Khan then tried to attack Uemura again only to get hit with a Deadbolt Suplex. Uemura grabbed Khan’s Provisional King of Pro Wrestling Championship and posed with it indicating he wants to challenge Khan for his belt.
- IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship Three-Way match – Bullet Club War Dogs (Drilla Moloney & Clark Connors) (c) defeated Intergalactic Jet Setters (Kevin Knight & KUSHIDA) and Catch 2/2 (Francesco Akira & TJP) via Full Clip (pinfall 17:29)
- This match was held under Tornado Tag Team rules meaning everyone could be in the ring at the same time and no tags were needed.
- Connors pinned KUSHIDA after War Dogs hit their double team Full Clip finisher to retain the IWGP Jr. Tag titles.
- IWGP Tag Team Championship – Bishamon (YOSHI-HASHI & Hirooki Goto) defeated Bullet Club (Chase Owens & KENTA) (c) via Shoto (pinfall 13:51)
- Goto pinned Owens after Bishamon hit their double team Shoto finisher to win the IWGP Tag Team titles.
- IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship – SHO (c) defeated YOH via Ref Stoppage (1:36)
- The match was called off due to YOH suffering a dislocated shoulder injury very early into the match.
- Following the match, Kosei Fujita came out and issued a challenge on the spot to SHO for a title match. DOUKI came out and stated that he would be the one challenging SHO for his title. SHO responded refusing stating that he was in distress over what happened to YOH in a mocking manner. Fujita proceeded to hit a springboard dropkick to SHO laying him out and posed with SHO’s IWGP Jr. title in front of DOUKI. After Fujita left, DOUKI grabbed the belt and told SHO that he can challenge the winner of himself vs. Fujita if he wants his belt back and left with it.
- Shota Umino & Jon Moxley defeated House of Torture (Jack Perry & Ren Narita) via Death Rider (pinfall 14:32)
- Moxley pinned Narita after he blocked Narita’s Double Cross and hit a Death Rider.
- NEVER Openweight Championship – Shingo Takagi defeated EVIL (c) via Last of the Dragon (pinfall 21:14)
- Prior to the start of the match, Yoshinobu Kanemaru came out with House of Torture wearing a referee shirt and tried to act as if he was the match referee. The actual referee was not having any of this and told Kanemaru to get out.
- Near the end of the match, HoT did their usual HoT style shenanigans including a fake BUSHI coming out pretending to help Takagi only to beat him up instead. This led to the real BUSHI coming out and attacking the fake one and pulled off his mask revealing him to be Dick Togo. After more shenanigans, Hiromu Takahashi came out wearing a referee shirt and tried to even up the odds. After even more shenanigans, Takagi took a sip of Kanemaru’s whisky and gave a mist spray to EVIL. Another NJPW referee came out and Takagi hit the Last of the Dragon to EVIL to win the NEVER Openweight title.
- Following the match, Bullet Club War Dogs came out and attacked Takagi, Takahashi, & BUSHI. Gabe Kidd then gave a profanity filled promo trashing Hiroshi Tanahashi and New Japan and claimed that Bullet Club War Dogs rule New Japan and would kill anyone who stands in his way. Kidd then issued a challenge for Takagi for his NEVER Openweight title.
- IWGP World Heavyweight Championship – Tetsuya Naito (c) defeated Yota Tsuji via Destino (pinfall 34:26)
- Following the match, Naito celebrated his victory before being interrupted by Jon Moxley who came out to the ring. Naito talked about their upcoming match at Windy City Riot 2024 event and asked Moxley if he wanted to make it for his title, which Moxley agreed. After Moxley left, Naito turned his attention towards Tsuji and gave him a shout out for their match together. Naito then did the LIJ roll call to end his speech.
