  1. Bryan Danielson defeated Katsuyori Shibata via Crucifix Pin (pinfall)
  2. TBS Championship Open House match – Julia Hart (c) defeated Trish Adora via Moonsault (pinfall)
    • The stipulation announced for this match was that the loser would be banned from ringside for AEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Wild Card match between the Infantry and House of Black.
  3. Daniel Garcia defeated Lee Moriarty via Heel Hook Lock (submission)
  4. PAC defeated Aaron Solo via Brutalizer (submission)
  5. Claudio Castagnoli defeated Lance Archer via Disqualification
    • Near the end of the match, Castangoli was in the midst of doing a Big Swing to Archer that was broken up by The Righteous who ran into the ring and attacked Castagnoli. This led to the referee calling for the bell and Bryan Danielson running out to save Castagnoli. After Archer and The Righteous regained the upper hand over Blackpool Combat Club, Katsuyori Shibata ran out with a chair and cleared the ring of Archer and The Righteous.
  6. Kyle O’Reilly defeated “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith via Cross Armbreaker (submission)
  7. AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament Wild Card match – The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Capt. Shawn Dean) defeated House Of Black (Brody King & Buddy Matthews) via Pinfall
    • Near the end of a mostly one-sided beatdown by House of Black, Julia Hart got up on the apron to whisper some instructions to Matthews to finish off The Infantry for good. While the referee was distracted with Hart, Mark Briscoe ran out and tossed a chair to Matthews head while Matthews was perched on the top rope. This led to Briscoe taunting King and leaping over the barricade while King gave a brief chase and Matthews getting knocked out and falling back into the ring and Bravo crawling over to Mathews for the pinfall to give The Infantry the upset victory.
    • Following the match, Malakai Black came out to the ring and consoled HoB while looking on at Briscoe in the crowd over what he did costing them the chance to advance in the tournament.

Komander Pulled from Saturday’s Collision Show Over Injury

Prior to the start of Saturday’s AEW Collision show, AEW CEO Tony Khan announced on Twitter that Komander had been pulled from the show due to him recently suffering an injury.

No replacement wrestler was announced at the time for Komander’s scheduled match against PAC for the show.

It is currently not known if this is a legitimate injury or just for storyline purposes.


Women’s Street Fight & AEW Tag Titles Tournament Matches Announced for March 20th Rampage Show

Saturday’s Collision show featured two new matches officially announced for next week’s live AEW Rampage show on March 20th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The first new match announced was a Women’s Street Fight match of Kris Statlander & Willow Nightingale vs. Julia Hart & Skye Blue.

This match was initially setup over recent weeks shows involving Statlander & Nightingale’s growing bad blood issues with Hart & Blue. During tonight’s show, a match graphic was aired following Hart’s victory over Trish Adora to retain her TBS Championship.

The second new match announced was an AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament Wild Card match of Best Friends (Trent Beretta & Orange Cassidy) vs. Don Callis Family (Powerhouse Hobbs & Kyle Fletcher).

This match was setup following an announcement by AEW commentator Tony Schiavone during the card read for next week’s live Rampage show.

Bryan Danielson Responds to Will Ospreay About Their Match at AEW Dynasty

Saturday’s Collision show also featured Bryan Danielson responding to comments made by Will Ospreay about their upcoming match at next month’s AEW Dynasty event.

During this past Wednesday’s AEW Big Business show, Ospreay had talked about the respect he had for Danielson and how their upcoming match is all about proving who is the best in this business and him planning to prove it himself since he is on another level. Ospreay also stated that their match will be a live or die situation and he does not plan on doing the dying.

During Saturday’s show, Danielson was seen seated on the floor and meditating after his match with Katsuyori Shibata. Danielson talked about how grateful he was to wrestle Shibata and questioned who god was so he could thank him. Danielson then stated that he had heard Ospreay say that he was not planning to die at Dynasty and he learned that Ospreay would be unable to walk in his shoes. Danielson stated that he has been on death’s door because of pro wrestling and despite Ospreay knowing what he is willing to do, he is not ready for what Danielson is willing to do to him.


The Infantry Advances in AEW Tag Team Titles Tournament

Saturday’s Collision show also featured The Infantry advancing to the next round of AEW’s tag team tournament to crown new AEW World Tag Team Champions.

The Infantry defeated House of Black in a Wild Card Round match albeit with some help by Mark Briscoe.

As a result of their victory, The Infantry will be facing off against FTR in the Quarterfinal Round of this tournament.
