Virgil Suffered Multiple Strokes
Former wrestler Tatanka, real name Chris Chavis, announced on Instagram that former WWE and WCW wrestler Virgil, real name Michael Jones, is currently in bad health due to him recently suffering multiple strokes.

ROH Announces Women’s TV Title Tournament Starting at Next Week’s ROH TV Show
Thursday’s ROH TV show featured Ring of Honor officially announcing that their upcoming Women’s World Television Championship tournament will be starting at next week’s ROH TV show on February 15th.

As noted before, former wrestler Tammy Sytch was convicted and sentenced to over 17 years in prison this past November over the charges against her following her involvement in a fatal car accident of March of 2022. PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that Sytch’s lawyer has moved forward with an appeal of the DUI sentence against her but not court hearing has been scheduled as of this past Tuesday. Johnson reported that the court recently approved an extension for the court reporter to provide everyone with copies of Sytch’s sentencing hearing by March 18th. Johnson also reported that under the Florida appellate courts system, the only hearing that could happen for Sytch would be oral arguments regarding her appeal request and the court can rule directly on any motion filed.
Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre recently announced that Lady Frost will be making an appearance for the company at their February 12th event in Mexico.
WrestleCon recently announced that Hechicero, Dragon Kid, Mascara Dorada, Josh Alexander, and the F.B.I. (Little Guido & Ray Jaz) will be making an appearance for the company at their 2024 Mark Hitchcock Memorial Supershow on April 4th in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
PROGRESS Wrestling recently announced that the Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) will be making an appearance for the company at their For The Love Of PROGRESS event on March 1st in Manchester, England.
Major League Wrestling recently announced that Unagi Sayaka will be making her official debut for the company at their War Chamber 2024 event on March 29th in Tampa, Florida.
In a recent interview with Yahoo Sports, All Japan Pro Wrestling President Tsuyoki Fukuda that he has turned down offers from others interested in potentially purchasing the company. Fukuda stated “I want to protect All Japan Pro-Wrestling. What is the right thing to do? What is the right thing to do? We have to repeat trial and error even in a foggy situation.
