Steve “Mongo” McMichael Reportedly to be Inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame for 2024 Class
As noted before, former WCW wrestler Steve “Mongo” McMichael has been battling ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) since being diagnosed with the disease in April of 2021. There has been a big push in recent years for McMichael to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame while he is still alive not out of sympathy but due to the belief that he has earned the enshrinement.
The Chicago Sun-Times reported that their sources stated that McMichael is currently expected to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame for this year’s class of inductees.
McMichael’s induction is currently expected to be officially announced during tonight’s Pro Football Hall of Fame announcement of the official 2024 class of inductees.
McMichael’s professional football career spanned from 1980 to 1994 and was most known for his time with the Chicago Bears from 1981 to 1993. McMichael was a one-time Super Bowl winner during his career, following the Bears defeating the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XX in 1985.
Following his football career, McMichael moved into a professional wrestling career that spanned from 1995 to 1999 for WCW.
Tam Nakano Announces She Will Remain in Stardom
As noted before, Stardom founder and head booker Rossy Ogawa was fired by Bushiroad this past Sunday over allegations that he was he was poaching Stardom talent and staff for a new Joshi promotion.
Tokyo Sports held a recent interview with Tam Nakano. One of the topics discussed included Nakano revealing that she will be staying in Stardom and not leaving the company to join Ogawa’s new promotion.
“We will make it the best organization in the world. That is the goal of Chapter 2 of Tam Road! During my absence, I was helped by Stardom’s fans and friends.I promised to repay the favor to Stardom, so no matter what happens to Stardom in the future, I feel that I must continue to protect Stardom.”

Satoshi Kojima MCL Injury Update – NJPW Pulls Kojima from Fantasicamania 2024 Tour
As noted before, Satoshi Kojima recently suffered a MCL injury and is currently out of action for New Japan Pro Wrestling and the indies for the foreseeable future.
NJPW recently provided an update stating that they have pulled Kojima from their upcoming co-promoted Fantasticamania 2024 tour with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, which takes place from February 12-19 in Japan.
Satoshi Kojima to miss Fantasticamania dates

As he recovers from a left MCL injury, Satoshi Kojima will be absent from dates on the Fantasticamania tour which begins Monday February 11. We apologise to fans who were looking forward to seeing Kojima wrestle, and appreciate your understanding.
He will be replaced on scheduled dates as follows:
February 12, 13, 14, 16, 17: Tomoaki Honma
February 18: Ryusuke Taguchi
