TNA Wrestling held the first of a two-night new set of television tapings on Friday at the Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida.
This new set of tapings will be for future episodes of TNA Impact!.
In regards to notable moments from the tapings, former WWE talent Simon Gotch made his official return to TNA. Following the match between Josh Alexander and Alan Angels at the tapings, a mysterious masked person attacked Alexander. This mysterious person then took of their mask revealing himself to be Simon Gotch. This was Gotch’s first appearance in TNA since 2006 which he had worked under his former ring name of Ryan Drago.

TNA Xplosion:
- Rhino defeated Champaign Singh. Following the match, Crazzy Steve came out and attacked Rhino with the TNA Digital Media title and gave a promo stating that Rhino will be the first notch on that title.
- Jason Hotch defeated Rich Swann. Prior to the match, AJ Francis came out and sat in the commentary table area to guest commentator. During in the match, Francis got up from his seat and interfered costing Swann the match in the process.
- Laredo Kid defeated Jai Vidal
- Jake Something defeated Shera
TNA Impact!:
- Nic Nemeth defeated Trey Miguel. Following the match, Steve Maclin came out and attacked Nemeth leading to The Rascalz joining in on Maclin’s side. Maclin and The Rascalz then stood over a fallen Nemeth.
- Non-title match – TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions Decay (Rosemary & Havok) defeated Mila Moore & Savannah Gore
- Brian Myers defeated Kevin Knight. Following the match, The System’s Alisha and Eddie Edwards came out to celebrate with Myers. All three cornered Knight leading to KUSHIDA running out to save Knight.
- Frankie Kazarian gave an in-ring promo stating that he has been asked over and over why he betrayed Eric Young and TNA. Kazarian claimed that he was the one to come back and save this company. Kazarian also stated that he has tried to be a decent man but that stops now. Kazarian then stated that he intends to be the king and face of TNA Wrestling.
- Deaner gave an in-ring promo stating that The Design is dead and no matter how dead something is, it can not come back to life. This led to the lights going out and a stretcher being wheeled out with PCO on it. PCO was electrocuted and brought back to life.
- PCO defeated Deaner. Following the match, Kon came out and attacked PCO laying him out.
- Masha Slamovich defeated Jody Threat
- Non-title match – Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) defeated TNA World Tag Team Champions ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey)
- Non-title – TNA X-Division Champion Chris Sabin defeated John Skyler
- Alex Shelley defeated Eddie Edwards. Following the match, Brian Myers came out to help Edwards attack Shelley leading to KUSHIDA & Kevin Knight running out to save Shelley.
- Zachary Wentz defeated “Speedball” Mike Bailey. Following the match, The Rascalz attacked Bailey leading to Steve Maclin running out to join in on the attack and followed by Trent Seven and Nic Nemeth running out to save Bailey and engaged in a mass brawl.
- Josh Alexander defeated Alan Angels. Following the match, a mysterious masked person attacked Alexander as Alexander was going around ringside. This mystery person removed their mask revealing himself to be Simon Gotch.
- Non-title match – TNA World Champion Moose defeated KUSHIDA. Following the match, The System’s Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards, and Alisha Edwards came out to celebrate with Moose and attacked KUSHIDA. This led to Alex Shelley and Kevin Knight coming out to save KUSHIDA and engaged in a mass brawl.
- Steve Maclin defeated Trent Seven
- Jordynne Grace & Trinity defeated Gisele Shaw & Savannah Evans
