AJ Styles, Low Ki, & Jerry Lynn vs. The Flying Elvises (Jimmy Yang, Jorge Estrada & Sonny Siaki)

We kicked things off by going back to 2002 and the first-ever match in TNA Wrestling history! It was a nonstop adrenaline rush as X-Division pioneers AJ Styles, Jerry Lynn and Low-Ki teamed up against The Flying Elvises. In the end, Low-Ki inadvertently struck his own partner, leading to the victory for The Flying Elvises.

Winner: The Flying Elvises via Pinfall.

Two names synonymous with TNA Wrestling, Chris Sabin and Frankie Kazarian, faced off in what was dubbed the “Battle of the Futures” in 2003. This match was just a preview of the incredible heights they would reach in their careers and when the dust settled, it was Kazarian who reigned supreme.

At Turning Point 2007, first-ever TNA Knockouts World Champion Gail Kim put her title on the line against Awesome Kong in what marked the beginning of an epic rivalry between the two. This match would set the tone for a series of unforgettable matchups in the Knockouts division, which is widely regraded as the most influential women’s division in the history of pro wrestling. On this night, Awesome Kong would be disqualified after being unable to put Kim away.

Winner: Gail Kim via Disqualification to retain the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

TNA Wrestling has has a longstanding partnership with New Japan Pro-Wrestling and it was on display in 2009 when Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Masahiro Chono and Riki Choshu battled Giant Bernard, Karl Anderson, Takashi Iizuka & Tomohiro Ishii at Wrestle Kingdom. Worlds collided that night as Angle submitted Anderson in a star-studded showdown.

Tag teams have always been a core focus of TNA Wrestling, and perhaps no two teams exemplified that more than the Motor City Machine Guns and Beer Money. At Victory Road 2010, the vacant TNA World Tag Team Titles were on the line as these two teams continued their longstanding rivalry. In an absolutely breathtaking clash, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley became TNA World Tag Team Champions for the very first time.

Winner: The Motor City Machine Guns via Pinfall to become the new TNA World Tag Team Champions.

AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Christopher Daniels (c)

Unbreakable 2005 played host to one of the most important matches in the history of TNA Wrestling as Christopher Daniels defended the X-Division Championship against AJ Styles and Samoa Joe. The X-Division played a huge role in putting TNA on the map, and it was due in part to the unbreakable spirit of these three competitors. To close out the pay-per-view, AJ Styles toppled his adversaries to become the new X-Division Champion.

Winner: AJ Styles via Pinfall to become the new TNA X-Division Champion.
