Jade Cargill Comments on Current Lengthy Wait for Her WWE In-Ring Debut
The Dallas News held a recent interview with Jade Cargill. One of the topics discussed included Cargill’s thoughts about the lengthy wait for her official in-ring debut for WWE.
“So, you want me to reveal what we have in the works it seems like. [Laughs] So, listen, I think the fan base should be patient. I think they need to understand we’re making a diamond. We’re creating something that’s gonna be a legacy. We’re creating something that’s going to create echoes and waves throughout not just the wrestling culture, but pop culture and beyond. They’re setting me up for success, you shouldn’t rush success.
I’ve been on TV in front of thousands of people several times, one thing I know how to do is entertain a crowd. And no one — no one — can say different. I can do that. The WWE Universe knows exactly what they’re doing. I trust them. I believe in this system. And when they see me in that ring, understand, there’s no turning back. [WWE]’s believing in everything I’m doing, given me everything that I could fathom. And I’m going to be ready. I’m already ready. But again, it’s on my time, and everybody should be patient. And when I come, just understand I’m taking over.”

Backstage Reaction to Randy Orton’s Return from Injury
As noted before, Randy Orton made his official return from injury at this past November’s Survivor Series WarGames 2023 event in Rosemont, Illinois. This past Friday’s SmackDown show in Brooklyn, New York featured Orton signing a contract to become an exclusive member of the SmackDown roster.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that WWE officials have been happy with Orton’s performance since his return from his injury and are current looking forward to his current run in the company.
In regards to the reason for Orton’s appearance at this past Monday’s RAW show, it was reported that this was due to WWE officials wanting to tie up some loose storyline ends for Orton involving Jey Uso, who had helped put him on the shelf for storyline purposes. WWE officials also wanted storyline closure for Orton’s involvement with Judgement Day as another reason for his appearance on the show.
It was reported that Michael Hayes was the producer of Orton’s segments at this past Monday’s RAW and this past Friday’s SmackDown shows. Hayes reportedly has been the main producer for most of The Bloodline’s storylines over the past couple of years.
