ROH World Championship Proving Ground Match
Evil Uno vs. Eddie Kingston
If Evil Uno wins or survives the time limit, he will receive a shot at the North American Triple Crown Champion after the Continental Classic concludes. Uno feigned trading shoulder blocks with Kingston before hitting a headscissors that sent Kingston to the floor. Uno went to chop Kingston against the post, but Kingston moved, sending Uno’s hand hard into the post.
Kingston went to work on Uno’s hand and arm, as Uno kept chopping Kingston to his own detriment. Uno caught a Kingston kick, threw Kingston’s leg into the referee, who unknowingly helped Uno hit a neckbreaker on Kingston. Uno fired up after repeated chops from Kingston, exploding out of the corner with a shoulder block. The men traded machine gun chops in the corner before Uno laid Kingston out with a short-arm lariat.
Uno punched Kingston in the face before landing an El Generico-esque brainbuster for a nearfall, all while the crowd chanted Ole Ole. Uno cut off a corner charge with a boot before landing a piledriver for a nearfall. Uno landed another boot before going to the top rope for a senton. Kingston got the knees up and drilled Uno with a pair of backfists for the win.
Winner: Eddie Kingston via Pinfall.
Leyla Hirsch vs. Katrina Creed
Hirsch got the win by catching Creed with a knee on a spear attempt. Hirsch, Maria, and Ellering all seemed on the same page this week.
Winner: Leyla Hirsch via Pinfall.

The Outrunners were backstage with Lexy Nair, hyping themselves up for their four-way tag team match later tonight.
ROH Pure Championship Proving Ground Match
Jason Geiger vs. Wheeler Yuta
I enjoyed Yuta being so full of himself here, forcing Geiger into using all of his rope breaks. Then as soon as Geiger made him burn one, he got serious and tapped him out.
The judges for this match were Jerry Lynn, Jimmy Jacobs, and Madison Rayne.
Yuta forced Geiger into the ropes to burn one of his rope breaks a minute in. After another minute, Yuta pinned Geiger after a bodyslam and forced Geiger’s leg into the ropes to burn his second rope break. Geiger went to catch Yuta in an armbar, but Yuta reversed it into a deathlock. He walked his way to the ropes, then leaned back on the hold to force Geiger into burning his last rope break.
Geiger picked up the pace, locking Yuta in a leg lock to force Yuta into using a rope break. Yuta sent Geiger onto the apron, then locked on a guillotine submission in the ropes to score the submission win.
Winner: Wheeler Yuta via Submission.
The Iron Savages (Boulder & Bronson) & JT Davidson vs. Dalton Castle & The Boy (Brandon & Brent Tate)
Castle and The Boys started by keeping Bronson off of his feet. Boulder tagged in and double-suplexed The Boys to give the Savages control. The Savages used their strength to keep one of the Boys in their corner as Castle stole the Savage Sauce and drank some to get fired up.
Castle eventually got the tag and ran wild, hitting a delayed German suplex on the big man Boulder before suplexing all of the Savages. Boulder got a hold of both Boys and Castle, sending them flying with a double Samoan drop/fallaway slam combination. Castle sent all of the Savages to the floor before flinging the Boys at them on the floor. Castle hit the Bangarang on Jameson for the win.
Winner: Dalton Castle & The Boys via Pinfall.
After the match, Johnny TV came to the stage and threatened to come to the ring before leaving again.

The Butcher and The Blade were backstage. They used to be motivated by money, but now they want tag team gold.
Rachael Ellering vs. Taya Valkyrie
Ellering was in control early on until Johnny TV got in her way on the floor, allowing Valkyrie to send Ellering into the ring post. Valkyrie clubbered on Ellering, dropping her with a sliding German suplex through the ropes. Ellering avoided a corner charge and ran wild, scoring a nearfall with a TKO.
Valkyrie came back by sending Ellering into the corner and hitting the running knees for a nearfall. Valkyrie hit a spear before hitting a curb stomp for the win.
Winner: Taya Valkyrie via Pinfall.
Hirsch and Maria weren’t impressed.

Ethan Page spoke in a video from last week’s Collision after his loss to Kenny Omega. He didn’t expect to walk into the Omega match with bruised ribs from the Tony Nese attack from last week. He couldn’t focus on what happened in the Omega match because he had to look ahead to Final Battle. He lost to Kenny Omega, but he didn’t quit. He refused to say I Quit at Final Battle before Nese barged in. Referees kept them separated.
Griff Garrison & Cole Karter vs. Bobby Sharp & Shaun Moore
Karter and Garrison got the quick win after Garrison hit Moore with a rolling elbow after a jumping knee.
Winner: Griff Garrison & Cole Karter via Pinfall.

The Workhorsemen were backstage with Lexy Nair, who hyped themselves up for the four-way tag match tonight.
Shane Taylor vs. Channing Decker

Winner: Shane Taylor via Pinfall.

The Righteous (Dutch & Vincent) defeated Australian Takeover (Julian Ward & Kaz Jordan)
Ward and Jordan worked to keep Vincent off of his feet before Vincent got Jordan isolated in his corner. Vincent and Dutch clubbered on Jordan and took out Ward on the outside. Vincent hit Autumn Sunshine for the win.

The Infantry were backstage with Lexy Nair. Wanna guess what happened? Why yes, they hyped themselves up for the four-way tag match tonight! Good job!
Brian Cage vs. Gravity
Cage blocked a hurricanrana, but Gravity low-bridged him to the apron and sent him to the floor. Gravity went for a dive, but Cage shut him down with a kick to the head. Cage hit a big release German suplex for a nearfall. Cage hit a powerslam out of a Gorilla Press for a nearfall.
Gravity came back by avoiding a corner charge, then hitting a hurricanrana that sent Cage to the floor. Gravity hit a top rope moonsault to Cage on the floor. Cage avoided a 450 splash and slammed Gravity out of a wheelbarrow attempt for a nearfall. Gravity cut off a superplex attempt, hitting Cage with a crucifix bomb for a nearfall.
Cage hit Gravity with a reverse suplex variant that I’ve never seen before for a nearfall. Gravity got Cage up to hit a Death Valley Driver before landing the Spaceman Splash for a nearfall. Cage hit a pop-up powerbomb, then locked on a Cloverleaf for the submission win.
Winner: Brian Cage via Submission.
Backstage: Rachael Ellering, Leyla Hirsch, Maria Kanellis

Leyla Hirsch was backstage helping up Rachel Ellering when Maria came in. Maria downplayed Ellering’s loss while talking up Hirsch’s win. Hirsch left with Maria, but not before telling Ellering to keep her head up.
Four Corner Survival Tag Team Match
The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake) vs. The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum) vs. The Butcher & The Blade vs. The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Capt. Shawn Dean)
The Outrunners and the Infantry started off, as they caught Magnum with a double-team. Magnum tagged Henry in, who walked into a double hip toss. Henry baited Bravo into a chase that allowed Drake to hit a neckbreaker. Butcher tagged in, and the two big men chopped each other until the Butcher took Drake down with a forearm. Butcher and the Blade double-teamed Drake until the Outrunners tagged in and took down Blade.
More quick tags happened until the match devolved into a Pier Six brawl. The Outrunners had the Blade isolated but took too long to showboat. That allowed the Butcher to come in, knock out Floyd, and help Blade hit Drag The Lake for the win.
Winner: The Butcher & The Blade via Pinfall.
Athena vs. Roxanne

This is where Athena broke her nose, and it just so happens to fit the story going on. Athena created a monster that could take her down and take her title. To be clear, I don’t think the injury was worked. Athena was pouring blood from her nose at ringside. I think they were going to repeat the post-match brawl from last week and just cut it off early. But, for the story they’re trying to tell, it was a lucky break.
Athena knocked Roxanne out with a forearm to score the immediate win.
Winner: Athena via Pinfall.
After the match, Billie Starkz attacked Athena and stomped on her in the corner. They brawled on the floor where Starkz sent Athena into the barricade. Starkz stood tall with the Women’s World Title as Athena had blood pouring from her nose at ringside.
