Pro Wrestling Illustrated announced that FTR’s Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood took the top spot in their Tag Team 100 list for this year.
This is the second time FTR has managed to take the top spot in the four years that PWI has held a Tag Team list, first being in 2020.
PWI announced that this year’s list covered the time period between October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Teams were ranked based on the criteria including in-ring achievements, influence on the sport and/or promotion, technical ability, quality of competition, and activity during the qualified time period.
AEW and WWE took the most spots in the Top 10 with three each, followed by NJPW and Impact at two each and Stardom at one. AEW and NJPW also shared a spot on PWI’s Top 10.
