Juice Robinson Reportedly Suffered Back Injury & Undergoing Surgery
This past Friday’s AEW Rampage show featured a show-closing brawl segment involving MJF, Bullet Club Gold, and Samoa Joe. During the brawl, Juice Robinson was seen laid out and bloodied backstage by MJF who had attacked him with a large television monitor.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Robinson had recently suffered a back injury and the angle done on this past Friday’s Rampage show was AEW officials way of writing him out for the foreseeable future. Robinson’s injury reportedly will require him to undergo surgery to fix it.
It was reported that AEW officials currently do not have any timetable for Robinson’s recovery and potential return beyond him being out for an “extremely drawn out absence” and for the remainder of this year. It was also reportedly that it is currently not known when Robinson had suffered the injury.
