AEW: Mercedes Mone on Appearing at Full Gear, New Collision Show for Dec., Audio & Cable Listing Issues for Dynamite Shows

Mercedes Mone Comments on Potential Appearance at AEW Full Gear 2023 This November

As noted before, Mercedes Mone was in attendance at AEW’s All In event at Wembley Stadium this past August.

Mone held a recent streaming session on Instagram and one of the topics discussed included her thoughts on potentially making an appearance for AEW at next month’s Full Gear 2023 event in Los Angeles, California.

In an interesting note, Mone was not seen wearing a walking boot for her ankle injury during her live stream.

When is that? I don’t know, I’ve got to ask my friend. A little A-E-Dub, it’s coming here to LA, I guess. Sure, if I’m free. I gotta see, I gotta check the schedule, I know we’re really busy. We’re doing a lot of things. Traveling a lot.

More on Audio & Cable Listing Issues Affecting Recent AEW Dynamite Shows

This past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show was affected by an incorrect time listing issue from several cable television providers and audio-related issues affecting a portion of the live broadcast on TBS. This issue was serious enough to cause AEW CEO Tony Khan to issue several statements on Twitter informing fans that the time listed for the show was incorrect and fix the start time for DVR viewers.

Besides this past Wednesday’s show, the September 27th Dynamite show was also affected by audio and video feed issues caused on TBS’ end over a new operating system being used to broadcast the show.

Fightful Select reported that their sources within Warner Bros Discovery stated that WBD officials became aware of the mistake regarding this past Wednesday’s cable listing issue on Thursday morning and felt that this likely caused viewership issues for Dynamite’s ratings this week. One WBD source spoken to reportedly stated that all of these issues were “inexcusable” and felt bad for AEW.

In regards to the reaction within AEW, it was reported that there was a lot of frustration within AEW over the issues due to how they often get blamed for these issues but there was nothing that they could do about it.
