Masha Slammovich Comments on Her Tag Team Pairing with Killer Kelly in Impact
A recent episode of the Knockouts and 3 Counts podcast featured Masha Slamovich as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Slamovich’s thoughts on her pairing with Killer Kelly as a tag team in Impact Wrestling.
“I think we found some similar ground on the ‘killer’ bit. So I think we’re having a really good time. Me and Killer Kelly are enjoying working together, and I think we’re growing more and more as a tag team the more we work together. I think we only have good things lined up for ourselves in the future. Of course, we are both the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Champions, and we’re gonna continue defending those belts.”
Slamovich also gave her thoughts about her Dog Collar match with Kelly at Impact’s Against All Odds 2023 event this past June.
“It was really awesome. I think it was also the first time that we had done that in IMPACT, at least in the Knockouts Division. So it’s another history-making match, and it was very entertaining, very violent. The Dog Collar match is something that I had on my list of matches that I wanted to have, and I was very happy to have it with an opponent like Killer Kelly, and of course in a place like IMPACT Wrestling.”

In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Go Shiozaki gave his thoughts about winning this year’s N-1 Victory tournament in NOAH for the first time in his career. Shiozaki stated “It was a very meaningful fight for me (2023 N-1 Victory final). I respect him (Kenoh) a lot. Now that I have beaten him and captured the N-1 Championship, I have to show my maximum strength and lead NOAH into the future. N-1 Victory 2023 was a very tough tournament, especially this time, because there were many international players and a larger number of participants. At the same time, the number of matches increased this year, so it was hard on my body to compete in a series of singles matches. It was very hard to keep that condition up.“
