AEW Announces Full Brackets & Match Schedule for 2023 Men’s & Women’s Owen Hart Cup Tournaments

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Chicago, Illinois featured AEW officially announcing the full brackets and match schedule for this year’s Men’s and Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournaments.

In regards to this year’s Men’s Owen Hart Cup tournament, it was announced that the first match for this year’s Men’s tournament will feature an AEW vs. NJPW matchup of CM Punk vs. Satoshi Kojima at this Sunday’s Forbidden Door II event in Toronto. The remainder of the First Round matches were announced to be taking place on the June 29th AEW Collision show in Hamilton, Canada.

In regards to this year’s Women’s Owen Hart Cup tournament, it was announced that the first match for this year’s Women’s tournament will take place on this Friday’s AEW Rampage show. The remainder of the First Round matches for the Women’s tournament were announced to be taking place on the June 24th Collision show, the June 25th AEW & NJPW Forbidden Door II event, and the June 28th Dynamite show.

Full First Round matches for 2023 Men’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament:

• June 25th, AEW & NJPW Forbidden Door II – CM Punk vs. Satoshi Kojima
• June 29th, AEW Collision – Roderick Strong vs. Samoa Joe
• June 29th, AEW Collision – Dustin Rhodes vs. Powerhouse Hobbs
• June 29th, AEW Collision – Juice Robinson vs. Ricky Starks

Full First Round matches for 2023 Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament:

• June 23rd, AEW Rampage – Anna Jay A.S. vs. Skye Blue
• June 24th, AEW Collision – Nyla Rose vs. Willow Nightingale
• June 25th – AEW & NJPW Forbidden Door II – Athena vs. Billie Starkz
• June 28th AEW Dynamite – Dr. Britt Baker vs. Ruby Soho
