Warner Bros Discovery held their Upfronts presentation earlier today in New York City, New York featuring the official announcement of AEW’s new weekly television series called AEW Collision.
It was also announced that this new upcoming series will officially debut on June 17th and will air weekly on Saturdays on TNT starting at 8PM EST.
In a press release, WBD revealed that the roster for AEW’s new Collision series will be featuring Miro, Samoa Joe, Thunder Rosa, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Andrade El Idolo
In an interesting note, CM Punk’s name was not mentioned in WBD’s press release not during their Upfronts for AEW’s new television show.
In a statement to Comicbook.com, WBD officials stated that the reason for the lack of any mention of CM Punk for AEW’s new show was due to “CM Punk is not affiliated with TNT’s AEW Collision” despite his name appearing on the initial version of the press release but not on its final version.
