KiLynn King Comments on Signing with Impact & Winning Knockouts Tag Team Titles
A recent episode of the House of Hardcore podcast had KiLynn King as the guest. One of the topics discussed included King’s thoughts about her recent signing with Impact Wrestling.
“So I wanna say it was about a week or two after the tryout matches. It wasn’t very long. I do remember it was less than a month so I wanna say it was about two weeks. I remember I was at the gym when I got the phone call and Gail (Kim) was like, ‘Hey, I need to talk to you’ and I was like, ‘Okay’ and she started laughing. She’s like, ‘Are you okay?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’m just out of breath. I was just doing cardio’ and she’s like, ‘Do you want me to call you back?’ I said, ‘No, it’s fine.’ She’s like, ‘Okay, I’m gonna call you back with Tommy’ and I was like, ‘Okay.’ So yeah, it was really cool because my other half had just picked me up from the gym and he’s been with me on this journey for the last four years watching me bust my butt and experience disappointment and failure and then success and then cry and the whole cycle of it all. He’s witnessed it all and so as I was getting in the car with him, we were driving and that’s when I was on the phone with both of you and you guys just let me know, I was like, ‘This is cool. This is really, really cool’ so yeah, it was one of those things where it’s like, Gail doesn’t call me very often so pick up the phone (she laughed).”
King also gave her thoughts about her recent Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Championship victory with Taylor Wilde.
“Two of my biggest goals that I set for myself in 2023 was I wanted to become a contracted talent and I wanted to become a champion of whatever company I was contracted to. So, I think we’re starting off (good). I did that in the first night (at IMPACT Wrestling) so yeah…”

“Superstar” Billy Graham Health Status Update – Graham Suffering COVID Complications
As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Superstar Billy Graham is currently dealing with a bone infection that has spread to his bone ears and portion of his skull. Graham was recently hospitalized for a second time over this health issue.
Graham’s wife Valerie recently provided a health update on Facebook stating that Graham’s health recently took a turn for the worst due to serious complications from his current bout with COVID-19.
“Things are horribly difficult. Wayne is struggling and still not home. I was in the ER this weekend still testing positive for covid….shortness of breath….severe coughing….said it’s inflammation and bronchitis from covid….this is horrible and going through it alone is getting harder every day. I just had a call from the nursing facility and Wayne has refused all of his meds today….he’s dealing with a lot of confusion and depression. He’s still 100% deaf and has now lost 65 pounds….It’s breaking my heart not being able to see him. This Friday will be 12 weeks since he’s been home.
And now on top of everything else I have to figure out how to come up with his medicare copay….the nursing facility called this morning to tell me he’s reached the cap so now back to paying $200 a day out of pocket. I have no idea where that money will come from.
Can get very overwhelming but I know the Lord is with us and He will provide. Thank you for your constant prayers. ”
