Ring of Honor held the first of two sets of television tapings for their ROH TV series this evening at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. These tapings will be for the relaunch of ROH TV, which airs starting on March 2nd on ROH HonorClub.
Among the notable moments from the tapings included a ROH World Championship match between AR Fox and champion Claudio Castagnoli. Khan announced on Twitter that this match will air as the man event for ROH TV’s relaunch show on March 2nd.

In regards to surprise appearances, New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Zack Sabre Jr. made a surprise appearance at the tapings defending his NJPW World Television Championship in a match against Blake Christian.

- Mark Briscoe defeated Slim J
- The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) defeated The Infantry (Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo)
- NJPW World Television Championship – Zack Sabre Jr. (c) defeated Blake Christian
- Christopher Daniels defeated Rohit Raju
- Konosuke Takeshita defeated Josh Woods
- The Embassy (Brian Cage, Kaun, & Toa Liona) defeated Joe Keys, Rex Lawless, & Leon St. Giovanni
- Ari Daivari defeated Mascara Dorada
- Ian Riccaboni held an in-ring interview with Wheeler Yuta. During the segment, Yuta issued an open challenge for match against anyone for his ROH Pure Championship. Timothy Thatcher made a surprise appearance accepting Yuta’s challenge and setting up a match between the two at a future ROH show.
- Willow Nightingale defeated Lady Frost. Following the match, Nightingale called out Athena for a match for her ROH Women’s World Championship. Athena came out and accepted Nightingale’s challenge saying “see you next week.”
- ROH World Championship – Claudio Castagnoli (c) defeated AR Fox.
- Following the match, Eddie Kingston came out to confront Castagnoli and issued a challenge for his ROH World title.

- ROH World Television Championship – Samoa Joe (c) defeated Tony Deppen. Following the match, Joe issued an open challenge for his next opponent resulting in Mark Briscoe coming out to answer Joe’s challenge.
- Dalton Castle & The Boys defeated Marcus Kross, Cody Chhun, & Guillermo Rosas
- La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush & Dralistico) defeated SAP (Serpentico & Angelico)
- Trish Adora defeated Billie Starkz
- Trustbusters (Ari Daivari & Slim J) defeated Manscout & Jake Crist.
- Ari Daivari gave a promo bragging about his victory over Mascara Dorada leading to Dorada coming out to confront Daivari. Slim J and Daivari then launched an attack on Dorada resulting on Blake Christian running out to save Dorada.
- ROH Pure Championship – Wheeler Yuta (c) defeated Timothy Thatcher. Christopher Daniels, BJ Whitmer, and Colt Cabana were the official judges for the match.
- Following the match Yuta called out NJPW’s LA Dojo resulting in NJPW’s Clark Connors making a surprise appearance and confronting Yuta.
- Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis) defeated Tracy Williams & Rhett Titus
- Eddie Kingston defeated Jon Cruz. Following the match, Kingston gave a promo demanding a title shot for Claudio Castagnoli’s ROH World Championship. Castagnoli came out and responded saying “A man without honor will never be ROH Champion.”
- ROH Women’s World Championship – Athena (c) defeated Willow Nightingale
