Mia Yim Comments on Her Departure from Impact Wrestling

As noted before, Mia Yim’s contract with Impact Wrestling expired this past weekend.

Yim recently reflected on Instagram about her recent run in Impact and thanked Gail Kim and Scott D’Amore for their support during her time in the company.

Thank you @impactwrestling @gailkimitsme @scott.damore. You believed in me when I didn’t believe myself and gave me that passion again. It has been a true privilege being a part of the locker room and working with everyone. I will support and root for everyone’s success! Impact Wrestling will forever hold a special spot in my heart. This isn’t goodbye. Love you all.


Tales From The Territories Ratings – Oct. 11, 2022 – Down

This past Tuesday’s Tales From The Territories drew 111,000 viewers on VICE TV, down from last week’s 113,000 viewers.

It drew a 0.04 rating in the 18-49 demographic, down from last week’s 0.05 rating. It was ranked #117 in the Top 150 shows for the night.

This episode focused on the famous Andy Kaufman vs. Jerry “The King” Lawler rivalry.

WWE, AEW, Mark Sterling, Mickie James, and Jordan Clearwater recently filed several new trademarks to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Trademarks for “Uncle Harper” and “Uncle Howdy” were filed by WWE on October 8th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes.

A trademark for “Bailey Matthews” was also filed by WWE on October 4tn for similar purposes.

A trademark for “The Varsity Athletes” was filed by AEW on October 7th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes.

A trademark for “Scissor Me” was filed by Mark Sterling on October 6th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes.

A trademark for “Hardcore Country” was filed by Mickie James on October 5th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes.

A trademark for “The Golden Boy” was filed by indie wrestler Jordan Clearwater on October 7th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes.
