WWE Senior Vice President of Live Events Jeff Jarrett reportedly has recently left WWE, according to PWInsider.
Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Jarrett left the company last week. Johnson reported that the current belief from those spoken to is that Jarrett had finished his official duties with the company this past Friday.
In regards to the potential cause for his departure, Johnson reported that it is currently not known if his departure was related to the recent regime change in the company from Vince McMahon to the current one of WWE co-CEOs Nick Khan and Stephanie McMahon and WWE Head of Talent Relations and Creative Paul “Triple H” Levesque.
Prior to his departure, Jarrett had been with WWE since January of 2019, first as a member of their backstage producers team and later as a member of their creative team. Jarrett was later promoted to an executive role in the company’s live events department but quietly left the company following WWE’s hiatus of live events due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jarrett made his return to the company this past May resuming his executive role in the company’s live events department.
