As noted before, Sasha Banks and Naomi have been absent from WWE programming since this past May due to their current suspension from the company following a walk out incident over backstage creative issues during the May 16th WWE RAW show in Norfolk, Virginia. Banks and Naomi recently were both removed from WWE’s internal roster list but still remain as active roster members on WWE’s official website.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Banks and Naomi had been removed from WWE’s other internal roster lists weeks ago but none of their sources within WWE’s digital team have been informed to remove the duo from the company’s official website roster.
It was also reported that several high level talent spoken to are still under the assumption that Banks and Naomi will eventually be released. One WWE source spoken to stated that the company’s Talent Relations department has yet to issue any internal email regarding Banks and Naomi’s status and has been pretty quiet over the matter.
In regards to WWE’s creative team, those spoken to stated that they are currently working under the assumption that Banks and Naomi will not be returning to the company. One WWE creative source spoken to stated that they have not heard of any contingency plans or creative ideas in the event that the situation changes with the duo.
PWInsider’s Paul Jordan reported that Banks was recently removed as a profile icon option for NBC’s Peacock subscribers. Jordan reported that the only WWE options currently available on the service are Asuka and Roman Reigns.
Naomi recently posted on Twitter in response to PWInsider’s report earlier this week of her and Banks being removed from the company’s internal roster list.

Naomi also recently re-posted on her Instagram Stories stating “The moment you put a stop to people taking advantage of you and disrespecting you, is when they define you as difficult, selfish or crazy. Manipulators hate boundaries.”
