Show Notes – Opening Miz TV segment with Paul Heyman about Money in the Bank Ladder match, interruption by Riddle, and banter over Riddle vs. Reigns feud was all right. Uso vs. Ford moments: Uso’s punch counter of Ford’s springboard attack into Uso’s suplex to Ford onto the apron. Uso’s knees counter finisher of Ford’ Frog Splash. Match itself was a solid back-and-forth bout. Rollins’ backstage interview about Rhodes being a virus plaguing WWE, his attack on Rhodes last week, MitB case plans, upcoming match against Styles, & ambush attack by Styles was all right. Lynch & Asuka’s brawl was the only good part about the big pile of nothing 24/7 title non-match. Women’s Tag match was mostly solid at best despite being sloppy at times. Owens vs. Ezekiel moments: Yikes at Owens’ back after Zeke’s Fireman Carry drop onto the steps. Owens’ apron Frog Splash to Zeke on the outside. Zeke’s modified Fallaway Slam to Owens. Match itself was going on well until the anti-climatic lame countount ending. Ezekiel’s post-match promo about Elias returning to RAW next week was interesting but Owens going crazy over his loss & Zeke’s promo was a bit funny. Styles’ backstage promo about his issues with Rollins and MitB goal & Rollins’ laughing backstage response promo mocking Rhodes was decent. Styles vs. Rollins moments: Rollins’ suplex toss to Styles’ onto the ropes into Rollins’ suicide dive to Styles sending him flying over the announcer’s table. Styles’ dodge & Calf Crusher counter of Rollins’ curb stomp. Rollins & Styles’ slugfest exchange into Styles’ suplex into the corner counter of Rollins’ Buckle Bomb. Rollins’ dodge & chop block counter of Styles’ Phenomenal Forearm. Styles’ escape & Ushigoroshi counter of Rollins’ Pedigree. Rollins’ Buckle Bomb to Styles into Styles’ dodge counter of Rollins’ Frog Splash. Match itself was a very good action filled bout despite the abrupt ending. Bianca Belair’s interview about Ripley being soulless for joining Judgement Day and upcoming RAW Women’s title match & interruption response by J.D. about kicking out Edge and Ripley badmouthing Belair for caring too much about the fans and taking what she wants from Belair was decent. Gable vs. Ali was solid despite the ending shenanigans by Otis. Theory vs. Lashley Pose Down contest & baby oil ambush attack by Theory was very corny. This week’s show was average overall despite being dull at times.

Show Notes – NXT Tag titles match opener moments: Enofe’s float-over sunset pin to Julius into Enofe’s cross armbar hold. Enofe’s Northern Lights suplex counter of Brutus’ headlock. Julius’ belly-to-belly overhead suplex planting Blade & deadlift spin suplex to Enofe. Julius’ catch counter of Blade’s top rope crossbody into Julius’ rolling slam & Brutus’ diving lariat finisher combo to Blade. Match itself was a good back-and-forth action bout. Apollo Crews diary vignette about his WWE career, NXT return, & diner brawl was all right. Stratton vs. Henley was solid despite the ending shenanigans by Choo. Lash Legend promo vignette trashing Alba Fyre & boasting about her sports accolades was decent. Dyads vs. Chen & Bernal was a somewhat decent at best match & more goofier than WWE likely expected. Gacy’s rambling post-match promo blaming society for being negative towards his Dyads & schism between his group and NXT 2.0 was nothing special. Sanga & Quinn backstage confrontation was all right. D’Angelo’s lackeys promotion segment about D’Angelo rewarding them for their good services to the family, Code of Silence message to Legado, “A” champion goal, interruption by Hayes & Williams over D’Angelo wanting his title, banter, & matches setup was all right. Two Dimes being given a “promotion” was a bit funny considering his recent release and pre-taped nature of this week’s show. Toxic Attraction lounge promo bashing Jade, Perez, and Hartwell & their upcoming match was a bit cringey. Hudson vs. Breakker was a decent mostly squash match. Post-match promo by Grimes bashing Breakker for only having the NXT title due to his family’s name, his dad not being famous nor making his path to success easy unlike Breakker, and demanding a NXT title shot & Breakker accepting was splendid. Vinci’s smiley freeze photos style entrance was a bit goofy. Grimes, Enofe, & Blade backstage segment about Grimes’ grievances over their lack of hunger for success & taking things for granted in NXT was superb. Two Dimes & Stacks vs. Williams & Hayes was solid despite the ending shenanigans by Del Toro. D’Angelo’s backstage locker room angry promo about Legado costing his lackeys the match was okay. 6-Women Tag was a solid back-and-forth bout, especially the latter half, despite Dolin suffering a potential rib injury right at the end. This week’s show was average overall.

Show Notes – Opening Vince McMahon promo was a big pile of nothing & just a shameless cheap pop moment considering the current investigation against him. Riddle’s promo about his upcoming title match against Reigns, feud hype vignette, & being sad over Randy Orton’s absence but promising to win tonight for him was all right despite being a bit all over the place. Moss vs. Corbin moments: Corbin’s Deep Six counter of Moss’ running attack. Corbin’s stiff chokeslam to Moss. Moss’ back-to-back Punch Line finishers to Corbin. Match itself was pretty good. Corbin’s promo bout his issues with Pat McAfee constantly mocking him & McAfee’s mocking response was decent. Natalya’s backstage interview about her attack on Rousey last week, boasting her Sharpshooter being better than Rousey’s armbar, & their upcoming title match was decent. New Day vs. Mahal & Shanky moments: Shanky’s brutal sounding loud chop flooring Kingston. Match itself was mostly solid despite Woods’ trombone ending shenanigans. Adam Pearce, Drew McIntyre, & Sheamus promo segment about McIntyre demanding to be put in the Men’s MitB match, Sheamus mocking McIntyre for his poor MitB history and boasting about his MitB success, Pearce’s revealing both guys being in the MitB match, & brawl was okay. Rodriguez vs. Baszler was mostly solid despite the abrupt ending. Max Dupri & Pearce’s backstage office segment about Dupri’s grievances over Pearce’s broken promises for the debut of his Maximum Male Models was a bit goofy. Gunther & Kaiser’s backstage promo about Kaiser praising the history of the IC title, bad mouthing Ricochet & America, & Gunther restoring the prestige of the belt was all right. Undisputed WWE Universal title match moments: Riddle’s corkscrew moonsault splatting Reigns on the outside. Reigns’ knees counter of Riddle’s running senton. Reigns’ Uranage counter of Riddle’s RKO. Reigns’ back drop to Riddle onto the announcer’s table. Riddle’s knee strike counter of Reigns’ spear. Riddle’s back drop to Reigns onto the announcer’s table. Reigns’ slam block of Riddle’s RKO. Riddle’s RKO counter of Reigns’ spear. Reigns’ spear finisher counter of Riddle’s springboard Flying Nothing. Match itself was a great hard fought action filled bout. Post-match promo by Reigns about lack of challengers & Lesnar’s surprise return was okay but have no desire seeing those two feud again. This week’s show was mostly enjoyable overall.

Match itself was a decent mostly squash style bout. Soho vs. Howitzer was a mostly solid bout despite the somewhat rough ending sequence. Factory vs. Dark Order moments: Marshall’s breakup counter of 10’s delayed suplex to Solo into 10’s pump kick flooring Marshall. 10’s catch & delayed suplex counter of Solo’s running crossbody. Marshall’s axe handle smash off the apron boinking Uno’s head. The ref finally learning to not fall for Uno’s leg swing attack & neckbreaker antics to his opponent was a bit funny. Harwood vs. Ospreay moments: Harwood’s brutal loud stiff chops flooring Ospreay. Harwood’s suplexes fest to Ospreay. Ospreay’s slingshot splash splatting Harwood on the outside. Harwood’s catch & slingshot Liger Bomb counter of Ospreay’s Oscutter. Ospreay’s dodge & Liger Bomb counter of Harwood’s lariat. Ospreay’s stiff Hidden Blade finisher to Harwood. Match itself was a great hard fought action filled bout. Post-match Cash Wheeler, Roppongi Vice, Orange Cassidy, & United Empire brawl was all right. Moxley & Tanahashi face-to-face promo about who is the better of the two, Jericho’s interruption bashing Moxley, ambush attack by JAS, Archer, and El Desperado, & brawl with Kingston & Pals was fine despite it going off the rails in terms of overbooking. Allin vs. Fish match hype video was splendid. Hangman Page’s promo about Okada and still wanting an IWGP title shot, interruption by Adam Cole bad mouthing Page, ambush attack by Jay White, & White’s promo denying a title shot to Page & Cole was all right. AEW Tag title Ladder match moments: Matt’s Northern Lights suplexes fest to Jungle into the ladder in the corner. Jungle’s step up rana to Matt onto a table in the outside. Nick’s 450 splash to Luchasaurus through a table on the outside. Young Bucks’ superkicks counter of Jungle’s springboard moonsault. Luchasaurus’ spinebuster to Nick onto a ladder. Bucks’ yank off the ladder & double team powerbomb to Luchasaurus onto another ladder. Matt’s top rope elbow drop to Luchasaurus through a table on the outside. Bucks’ ladder shove to Luchasaurus onto several tables on the outside. Match itself was a great action packed bout. Post-match ambush attack by Christian Cage to Jungle Boy was sweet. TBS title moments: Cargill’s dodge counter of Nightingale’s pounce. Nightingale’s kick counter of Cargill’s leaping elbow strike in the corner into Nightingale’s chops fest. Post-match brawl with Kiera Hogan, Athena, & Statlander was decent. Allin & Fish backstage pre-match split-screen interview about Allin’s issues with reDRagon taking out Sting was all right. Show Notes – United Empire vs. Tenzan, Wato, & Taguchi 6-Man Tag opener was a pretty good back-and-forth match. LIJ vs. Bullet Club 6-Man Tag was a good back-and-forth bout. Gallows vs. Yano was somewhat decent at best. NEVER 6-Man Tag title match was going on well until the flat ending shenanigans by Togo & SHO. IWGP Tag title match moments: Owens’ modified neckbreaker to Khan. Owens’ open palms strike counter of Cobb’s overhead suplex into Cobb’s overhead suplex counter of Owens’ running attack. Khan’s lariat to Fale sending him over the top rope into Khan’s super overhead suplex & Cobb’s Tour of the Islands finisher combo to Owens. Match itself was a good hard hitting action bout. Post-match ambush attack by Rockey Romero & brawl was all right. Goto vs. Tanahashi moments: Tanahashi’s whip to Goto into the guard rail into Goto’s rebound lariat. Kross catch, strikes, forearm smashes, & toss out of the corner combo counter of Suzuki’s PK. Suzuki’s block & Fujiwara armbar counter of Kross brainbuster. Suzuki’s foul mouthed “young boy” insult to Kross was cool. Post-match brawl with D’Lo Brown, HNM, Kazarian, & Motor City Machine Guns was all right. Impact title match contract segment about Alexander putting Impact on his back and praising its legacy, Young’s threatening words and title goal, & brawl with VBD and Scott D’Amore was great. This week’s Slammiversary 2022 go-home show was enjoyable overall.
