We begin with a look back at last week’s episode of NXT when Bron Breakker successfully defended the title against Joe Gacy, only to be attcked after the match and carried away by the ‘druids’. Gacy says you thought you won tonight, but there are many different forms of victory. This is not how the story ends. We see Gacy in a field with Breakker and he says we are in this journey together. It is your time to be all alone.

NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship
Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne (c) vs. Wendy Choo & Roxanne Perez

Wendy shows up behind Toxic Attraction and hits a cross body onto all three women. Wendy takes care of Gigi and Jacy.

Wendy with a drop toe hold to Gigi and Perez tags in. Roxanne with a double sledge off the turnbuckles. Perez with an arm bar and Choo tags in. Wendy with a forearm off the turnbuckles. Perez tags in and they kick Gigi. Perez with arm drags to Gigi and a rollup for a near fall. Perez with a waist lock and Jayne tags in and hits a running neck breaker on Perez when Perez tries for an O’Connor Roll. Jayne with an elbow to Perez. Jayne gets a near fall. Jayne with an Irish whip and Dolin tags in and kicks Perez. Dolin with a hard Irish whip and Jayne tags in. They choke Perez in the ropes. Jayne goes for a surfboard and Perez tries to block it but Jayne locks it in.

Perez gets to her feet and snap mares Jayne. Jayne misses a punch to Choo and Choo tags in and she punches and kicks Jayne. Choo with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Choo with a cartwheel forearm into the corner. Choo sends Dolin and Jayne to the floor. Choo holds the ropes open for Perez to hit a suicide dive onto Jayne and Dolin. Choo sends Jayne back into the ring but Rose grabs Choo’s foot and that allows Jayne to hit Choo from behind. Dolin tags in and kicks Choo in the back. Choo with a rollup for a near fall. Dolin with a clothesline for a near fall. Dolin works on Choo’s back. Dolin sends Choo into the corner and Jayne tags in. Jayne with a forearm and snap mare followed by a kick. Jayne with a back senton for a near fall.

Jayne with knees to the back and she gets a near fall. Jayne with an Irish whip and hip strike into the corner. Dolin tags in and clotheslines Choo. Dolin stands on Choo’s hair and kicks her in the back. Dolin sends Perez to the mat. Jayne tags in and Choo with punches. Jayne sends Choo face first to the mat. Jayne with a reverse chin lock. Jayne with a short arm clothesline for a near fall. Jayne with a straitjacket choke on Choo. Choo goes for an O’Connor Roll but Dolin tags in and Choo with a punch to Dolin and a jaw breaker to Jayne. Perez tags in and hits clotheslines and a Thesz Press. Perez with punches and elbows into the corner. Perez with a side Russian leg sweep for a near fall.

Perez with a boot to the chest and Choo tags in. Perez with a handspring elbow drop and Choo gets a near fall but Jayne breaks up the cover. Perez sends Jayne to the floor and Perez tags in. Dolin with an Irish whip and Perez with a boot to the head.

Perez goes up top and Mandy Rose gets in the ring and Perez leaps over both of them. Choo goes after Rose, and Jayne with a super kick to Perez and Dolin gets the three count.

Winners: Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin (retain championship)

After the match, Choo goes after Jayne but Rose hits Choo with the title belt. All three women attack Choo. They call Wendy a loser.

Segment: Tiffany Stratton, Grayson Waller

We go to an Orlando shopping spree with Tiffany Stratton and Grayson Waller. Waller says that Nathan Frazer got lucky and they both insult Chase University. Tiffany calls Bodhi Hayward a dork. Waller says he is looking forward to getting revenge on Chase U.

Segment: Roderick Strong, Creed Brothers, Damon Kemp

Roderick Strong is in the training facility. The Creeds show up and Julius says the Viking Raiders are tainted because of Strong. Julius says that Roddy interjected himself in the match. Brutus says it is not about the win, but how it happened. Brutus says they are going to face the Viking Raiders next week and they are going to do it the right way.

Strong says he has someone who will come in and help them win the tag title. Strong introduces the newest member of Diamond Mine, Damon Kemp.

Brutus says membership matters are by group discussion and Julius says they will talk about it.

In-Ring: Joe Gacy

Joe Gacy makes his way to the ring. Gacy says Bron Breakker, as I left you in the wilderness last week, I told you that you must face the next chapter of your journey all alone. My personal journey started in NXT months ago. I opened the door of inclusion, no matter who they are. They could be a part of real change. Two men separated themselves from the pack and the rest are no more. These two proved their worth to him.. . . and to themselves. They went above and beyond to commit to his cause by taking that extra step. His cause and his message has been received. These are the faces of change. Our expansion has begun and change takes place one person at a time.

Joe says he would like to appeal to NXT Champion Bron Breakker. Consider this your personal invitation. You don’t have to do this alone. Join us, be a part of our movement. Be a part of this change. The result is eternal joy. Affliction and hardship awaits those and you who resist.

Backstage: Andre Chase, Bodhi Hayward, Sarray

Bodhi Hayward is giving Andre Chase a back rub in the locker room and Sarray enters and she says she heard what Waller and Stratton said and she mentions that she does not like them. Bodhi translates for Sarray and Chase is shocked that there is a language department. Bodhi says that Sarray wants to make Chase’s match against Waller into a tag match by adding her and Tiffany Stratton.

Segment: Ivy Nile

We go to the Ivy Nile Challenge in the back with a bunch of trainees where she says this is where we separate the men from the boys. She says if you cannot go, you go.

The first test is push ups. A few of the men have to give up and she says that she will be the last one standing by the end of the night.

We see the eight participants in the Women’s Breakout Tournament. They are Nikkita Lyons, Arianna Grace, Roxanne Perez, Kiana James, Lash Legend, Tatum Paxley, Sloane Jacobs, and Fallon Henley

NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament Round 1 Match
Sloane Jacobs vs. Fallon Henley

They lock up and Henley with a take down. Henley with a waist lock take down. Henley with a side head lock but Jacobs with a rollup for a near fall. Jacobs with another near fall. Jacobs with a bridge for a near fall. Henley with a drop kick and a side head lock. Henley with a shoulder tackle and Jacobs misses a drop kick. Henley with an Irish whip and Jacobs floats over and hits a drop kick for a near fall.

Jensen and Briggs make their way to the ring to cheer on Henley.

Jacobs with a boot to Henley for a near fall. Henley with a back elbow and kick and then she sends Jacobs face first to the mat. Henley with a cross body and then she slides to the floor to punch Jacobs. Henley gets a near fall. Henley with a double wrist lock. Henley with a forearm to the back and she returns to the double wrist lock. Jacobs with an arm drag and a jaw breaker. Henley with a back elbow and they both send the other face first into the mat. Jacobs with a head scissors take down followed by a forearm and neck breaker for a near fall. Jacobs gets Henley on her shoulders but Henley gets to her feet and hits a neck breaker and clothesline.

Henley with a Shining Wizard for the three count.

Winner: Fallon Henley (advances to face winner of Arianna Grace versus Nikkita Lyons)

Jacobs and Henley hug and raise each other’s arms after the match.

Backstage: Legado del Fantasma

Legado del Fantasma are in the back and McKenzie asks about what happened last week. Santos says AJ Galante never should have been at that meeting. He became fair game. AJ knows the rules. He knows he would never survive on Legado’s streets. You don’t get involved in Legado’s business and walk away, let alone walk. He tells Cruz to start the car.

Segment: Tony D’Angelo, Cruz del Toro

After commercials, Cruz goes to get into the Legado del SUV and Tony D’Angelo is in front of the car while Lorenzo and Donovan attack Cruz. Tony tells Cruz that his boys did this to him. Tony puts Cruz into the trunk because he says they are sending a message.

Albya Fyre vs. Amari Miller

They lock up and Fyre sends Miller to the mat and applies an arm bar. Miller with a side head lock. Miller holds on when Fyre tries to send her off the ropes. Fyre with a rollup for a near fall while we see the Ivy Nile Challenge. Miller gets a near fall wit a rollup. Fyre with a chop. Miller with a knee and wrist lock. Miller goes to the ropes and hits a springboard wrist lock take down. Miller with a clothesline for a near fall. Miller with a forearm and she misses an elbow in the corner. Miller kicks Fyre away. Fyre with a back heel kick and a tornado DDT. Fyre with a thrust kick for a near fall. Fyre with forearms and Miller with a forearm of her own. Fyre with a head butt to the midsection and forearms. Fyre gets Miller up but Miller with a sunset flip for a near fall.

Miller trips Fyre and hits a kick to the chest for a near fall. Fyre with a head butt and the Fyre Bomb. Fyre goes up top and hits a swanton for the three count.

Winner: Alba Fyre

We see Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams arrive at the parking lot and they leave their car in the middle of the lot. Solo Sikoa keeps them from entering the building.

Backstage: Cora Jade

Cora Jade is with McKenzie. She asks her if Cora is nervous about facing Natalya. Cora says she is nervous but this isn’t the same girl she took a photo with a few years ago or the person she insulted a few weeks ago. Cora says she will prove that she belongs in the ring with Natalya.

In-Ring: Solo Sikoa, Cameron Grimes, Carmelo Hayes, Trick Williams

Solo Sikoa makes his way to the ring and he has something to say. Sikoa says this was supposed to be Carmelo and Trick’s time, but it is my time now. He says you know what happened last week with the North American Championship. If Melo wants that one on one title shot, I will be there watching. I will let the whole world know that I got next. I want the winner. I don’t care if it is Cameron Grimes or Carmelo Hayes.

Cameron Grimes’ music plays and he says that he respects Solo and he knows that Solo wants another shot at the title. At In Your House, it is going to be Carmelo Hayes versus Cameron Grimes one-on-one. After I beat Carmelo Hayes, you have my word, if want a shot at the North American Championship than you have my word that you will be next.

Grimes offers his hand and Sikoa walks away. Trick Williams clips Grimes and then Hayes and Williams attack Grimes. Hayes with a springboard clothesline while Sikoa walks away. Hayes sets for a leg drop onto Grimes whose head is in a chair. Sikoa stops Hayes and then Sikoa with a running hip to Williams but Hayes gets away. Sikoa grabs the title belt on the mat and Grimes takes it from Sikoa.

Segment: Legado del Fantasma, Tony D’Angelo

We see the rest of Legado walking and they see the Legado del SUV with the engine running and the door open. They wonder where Cruz is. Santos says he will make the call.

We see Tony in his clubhouse and he takes the call from Santos but Tony acts like he does not know who he is. Santos says whoever did this to his hermano, they are in big trouble.

Tony says he didn’t know anything about it and he says that AJ is missing too. Tony tells Santos if he lays another finger on AJ he won’t know what will happen. Tony suggests that they let each other go and they can meet in the ring. Tony says Santos does not make the threats, he does. He vows to hurt Santos and make him unrecognizable.

Santos tells Tony “f*** you’ and hangs up.

Backstage: Nathan Frazer, Xyon Quinn, Wes Lee

Nathan Frazer is with McKenzie. She asks him about his victory over Grayson Waller. He says he is on cloud nine and he is a fan tonight watching the match.

Xyon Quinn shows up and he tells Nathan to keep his head down and work hard.

Wes Lee shows up and Quinn says he has already put him in his place and Xyon tells Frazer he will put him in his place. Quinn asks Lee if he wants to put him through that pain again.

Tiffany Stratton & Grayson Waller vs. Sarray & Andre Chase

Sarray transforms as she goes through the curtain and so do Hayward and Chase.

The men start off and they lock up. Chase with a wrist lock and chin bar. Chase works on the shoulder and applies a wrist lock. Waller with a reversal and arm wringer. Waller with a wrist lock and Case with a reversal and arm wringer. Chase with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Chase blocks a hip toss and gives Waller a hip toss. Chase with a side head lock take down. Chase with a side head lock and Waller with a punch to Chase. Stratton tags in so that means that Sarray enters the match.

Stratton goes to the floor and Sarray chases after her. Stratton with a shoulder tackle. Stratton with a wrist lock and Sarray with a reversal and take down. Sarray with a figure four and she drops back to the mat and then turns it into a Mutoh Lock but Stratton escapes by pulling the hair. Sarray with a chop and Chase chops Waller. Chase and Sarray with a C-H-A-S-E-U stomp.

We are back and Waller with a side head lock and Waller wtih a punch. Stratton tags in and knocks Sarray off the apron. Waller flips Stratton onto Chase and then she tags Waller back in. Waller with an elbow drop off the ropes and he gets a near fall. Chase with an inside cradle for a near fall. Waller grabs the anle and Chase misses an enzuigiri. Waller goes for a sleeper but Chase fights it off. Waller with the sleeper. Chase with punches and a sleeper of his own. Waller with a side head lock and Chase with a belly-to-back suplex. The women tag in and Sarray with back body drop and forearms.

Sarray with a drop kick and a second drop kick. Stratton with a forearm to Sarray agains the ropes and Sarray with a drop kick that sends Stratton into the ropes. Waller pulls Stratton to safety and then he gets in the ring. Chase trips Waller and Sarray with the drop kick to Waller against the ropes. Stratton gets back in the ring and hits Sarray from behind. Stratton with a slam and she goes to the turnbuckles for the twisting Vader Bomb and Sarray gets her foot on the ropes and Bodhi with the air horn. Stratton with a pescado onto Hayward. Sarray with a sunset flip on Stratton for the three count.

Winners: Andre Chase and Sarray

Segment: Ivy Nile

We go to the Ivy Nile Challenge and it is Lunge time. We are down to two people.

Backstage: Von Wagner, Robert Stone, Ikemen Jiro

Von Wagner and Robert Stone are in the back and McKenzie asks him to explain his actions over the last few weeks. Stone says if you step to Von Wagner, you become Ikemen Jiro or Brooks Jensen and you will be on the shelf.

Ikemen Jiro attacks Wagner but Wagner punches Jiro and then officials have to separate them.

Backstage: Indi Hartwell, Toxic Attraction

Indi Hartwell is in the back and Toxic Attraction shows up and Mandy says she wants to check in on her.

Indi kind of appreciates the concern. She says her soul is empty and she lost everything.

Mandy says she could not imagine what Indi is going through because no man would leave her. She tells Indi to find Wendy Choo crying in the corner because misery loves company.

Nikkita Lyons vs. Arianna Grace

Grace says that Nikkita is a favorite but this isn’t my first competition. I will pull off the upset and advance to the second round.

Grace with a forearm when Lyons offers her hand. Grace goes for a take down but Lyons blocks it and gets a near fall with a back slide. Lyons with a Gator Roll but Grace with a Fujiwara arm bar. Lyons with a double leg take down but Grace goes for a triangle. Lyons lifts Grace off the mat and drops her to the mat. Grace with a splash into the corner and she wraps the arm in the rope. Grace works on the shoulder and drops knees on the elbow. Grace slams Lyons’ arm into the mat. Grace with an Anaconda Vice and Lyons fights it off. Lyons gets to her feet and Grace with a forearm to the back. Lyons sends Grace into the turnbuckles. Lyons blcosk an Irish whip and she sends Grace into the corner. Lyons with a splash and kicks to Grace. Lyons with a German suplex. Lyons with a spinning back heel kick and then she hits the leaping leg drop for the three count.

Winner: Nikkita Lyons (advances to face Fallon Henley in the second round)

Segment: Ivy Nile

We go to the next part of the Ivy Nile Challenge and it is Battle Ropes and pull ups.

She tells the last person standing to keep going until they can’t go any more and he falls short of Ivy’s performance.

Backstage: The Viking Raiders

Erik says that they respect the Creeds for not accepting a tainted victory. It is hard to find people with honor and respect. Ivar says next week, when the bell rings, honor and respect goes aside. Erik says they will never feel defeat again.

Next Week

Next week, Tony D’Angelo faces Santos Escobar. Bron Breakker will answer Joe Gacy’s invitation.

Cora Jade vs. Natalya

They lock up and Natalya backs Jade against the ropes and gives a clean break. Natalya with a side head lock and take down for a near fall. Jade with a head scissors and Natalya escapes. Jade with a side head lock and take down. Natalya with a head scissors and Jade escapes. Natalya with a wrist lock and Jade with a reversal. Jade with an arm drag. Natalya with a waist lock and Jade with a standing switch. Natalya with a rollup for a near fall but Jade with a rollup for a near fall. Natalya with a kick to the midsection but Jade with a take down.

Jade with a forearm and a springboard head scissors take down. Jade goes for a Sharpshooter but Natalya gets to the ropes. Natalya goes to the floor. Natalya returns to the ring and Jade with a rollup for a near fall. Jade gets suckered into the corner and Natalya moves. Natalya with a suplex and she applies a sleeper. Natalya sends Jade to the mat and walks over Cora. Jade with a rollup for a near fall. Natalya with a clothesline. Natalya with forearms to the back and she applies an abdominal stretch and she pulls one of Cora’s legs off the mat for more pressure.

Jade reversres the abdominal stretch. Natalya with a hip toss. Natalya sends Jade face first into the mat. Natalya with a surfboard but Cora escapes and rolls through. Jade with a drop kick. Natalya pushes Jade to the mat and Jade slaps Natalya. Natalya with a kick and Irish whip. Natalya keeps Jade from going through her legs. Jade counters a power bomb into an arm drag. Jade with forearms and a springboard arm drag. Jade with a running knee to Natalya against the ropes. Jade with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Jade goes up top and Natalya stops her. Natalya sets for a superplex and Jade knocks Natalya to the mat. Natalya with a rollup into a Sharpshooter but Jade counters and gets a near fall with a rollup.

Natalya with a discus clothesline for a near fall. Natalya with punches and a suplex into the ropes. Natalya with a clip to Jade against the turnbuckles. Natalya slams the injured ankle into the mat. Natalya sends Jade into the turnbuckles. Natalya goes under the ring and then wrings the leg into the ring post. Natalya wrings the leg into the ring post again. Natalya sets for the figure four leg lock around the ring post but Jade kicks Natalya and pulls her into the ring post. Natalya goes for a suplex and Jade with an inside cradle for a near fall. Natalya with a forearm and Jade with a kick and a drop kick. Jade with a springboard double stomp to the back for a near fall. Jade with Sliced Bread for a near fall.

Jade pulls Natalya into the center of the ring and Jade with a jackknife cover for a near fall. Natalya gets a near fall. Jade with a Sharpshooter on Natalya. Natalya escapes the hold and Jade holds her injured knee. Natalya runs into boot in the corner. Jade goes to the turnbuckles and goes for a missile drop kick. Natalya with the Sharpshooter and Jade passes out.

Winner: Natalya

After the match, Natalya offers her hand to Cora and helps her up and they hug.
