Blair Davenport, formerly known as Bea Priestley, suffered a legitimate leg injury during an NXT UK Women’s title match against champion Meiko Satomura that aired during Thursday’s NXT UK episode.
A few minutes into the match, Davenport hit a double stomp on Satomura off the top rope to the apron, but on the landing outside, her left ankle/leg appeared to bend very awkwardly. She immediately grabbed her leg and began screaming in pain. The ref checked on her and threw up the X and ended the match, awarding the win to Satomura via ref stoppage. Davenport was then taken out on a stretcher.
