They shot an angle where Hart was attacked backstage by Jade Cargill and Nyla Rose, but Hart appeared to suffer a legitimate left leg injury during her match on the episode of AEW Dark that was taped before Rampage yesterday. As Hart tried a cartwheel during her match against Heather Reckless, she hit her left leg on the middle rope and immediately appeared to be hurt, and the match quickly went to the finish.
You can see the injury at around the 13:30 mark in tonight’s AEW Dark episode.
Hart will be replaced by Skye Blue, who lost a match to Red Velvet at Friday’s Dark tapings. After the match, Tony Khan came out and announced that she would be given a spot in the battle royal due to the good crowd reaction she got from her hometown Chicago crowd. All Out will also be in Chicago at the NOW Arena.
