Backstage: Riddle, Sonya Deville, Adam Pearce

Several superstars are already in the ring. We hear from WWE Officials Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce who announce that Randy Orton can’t make it tonight. To find a replacement, they’re going to hold an over-the-top rope to find a replacement for his spot. Riddle scoots up and quickly offers them a letter from “Randy.” It’s obviously written by Riddle and in crayon/marker. Riddle tries to argue for Orton, but Deville and Pearce point out that Orton isn’t there. Riddle convinces the two officials to allow him to fight as Randy Orton in his place, to secure his place at Money in the Bank. Riddle heads off.

Money in the Bank Last Chance Qualifier Substitution Battle Royal

Participants: Riddle, Mustafa Ali, The Viking Raiders, Damian Priest, R-Truth, Shelton Benjamin, Mansoor, Akira Tozawa, Jinder Mahal, Cedric Alexander, Jeff Hardy, Drew Gulak, Humberto Carrillo, Angel Garza

Riddle makes his way out to the ring and we start off. The ring is packed, so bear with me. The bell rings and chaos breaks out. Drew Gulak is eliminated first. Shelton Benjamin is sent next. Ali aides Monsoor. Monsoor walks off from Ali, angering him, so Ali eliminates Monsoor. In quick succession, R-Truth and Akira Tozawa are eliminated. Gulak quickly runs back and rolls up Tozawa, winning the 24/7 Championship! Your New 24/7 Champion, Drew Gulak! R-Truth rolls up Drew Gulak to win his title back. Your New 24/7 Champion, R-Truth! Akira Tozawa then rolls up R-Truth to win back his title. Your New 24/7 Champion, Akira Tozawa! Tozawa runs off to the back, being chased by his foes. Omos makes his way out and begins interfering from ringside as we go to break–but not before eliminating the Viking Raiders and destroying them at ringside.

Back from the break. We’re reminded that the winner of this match will take Randy Orton’s place in the Last Chance qualifier later tonight. All that’s left are Damian Priest, Jeff Hardy, Jinder Mahal, Riddle, and Cedric Benjamin. We get clips from the break, showing a few other eliminations. Priest and Mahal size each other up in the ring and both big men start battling it out. Priest takes the lead with battering fists and strikes, fighting Mahal to the apron. Priest with a high kick to knock Mahal off the apron. Jinder Mahal has been eliminated. Hardy hits a pair of Twist of Fates on his opponents, but Cedric Alexander eliminates Jeff Hardy by throwing him over the rope. Alexander yells at Hardy, mocking his age and telling to go to the retirement home. Damian Priest uses this to eliminate Cedric Alexander. We’re down to just Riddle and Priest. Both men pace in a circle and Riddle sets up his form, taunting Priest with a “Come get some” gesture. Priest starts off hard, and throws Riddle over the ropes. Riddle holds on to the top and swings back over the ropes and into the ring. Riddle and Priest exchange blows. Riddle with a devastating suplex, and Priest crawls to the corner. Riddle begins his series of rope-rebound knee strikes, connecting with two before Priest catches him on the third time with a running spin kick. Priest connects with a big uppercut in the corner. Priest lifts Riddle, looking for the Hit the Lights, but Riddle transitions onto Priest’s back and locks a sleeper on him! Priest backs to the apron and tries to eliminate Riddle. Riddle slips and nearly touched the floor–the look on his face is priceless–and Riddle slaps a Bro-mission on Priest! Priest powers Riddle into the ring to break it. Priest with a big lariat. Priest runs at Riddle and Riddle uses a headscissors to pull Priest out to the apron. Riddle with a strike to Priest’s face and pulls the Archer of Infamy through the middle rope, setting up a Spike DDT. Priest fights back. Priest grabs the neck, threatening to Chokeslam Riddle, but Riddle escapes and kicks Priest off the apron, eliminating Damian Priest. Riddle has the ringside officials play Orton’s theme and he poses in the corner with pyro raining behind him as he poses Orton-esque.

Advancing to the Last Chance Money in the Bank Qualifier, Riddle!

Backstage: AJ Styles, Omos

Styles and Omos are asked about tonight’s triple-threat match. Styles is upset that he could lose his shot at the Money in the Bank match without even being pinned. He eventually sends us to a video from last week, in which the Viking Raiders attacked Omos and caused enough of a distraction that Ricochet defeated AJ Styles to advance to the Money in the Bank ladder match.

Back in the gorilla, Styles crosses his arms and asks, “You got anything you wanna say to me? …I want an apology, you’ve been a hypocrite. You’re trying to give Omos grief for exactly the same thing the Viking Raiders did to me last week? Fortunately for me, Riddle was in the battle royal…he’s not 100%.” He reminds us that Drew isn’t 100% after last week, either, and Styles will have the advantage. Style promises to take a full year to plan out his strategy, once he wins the contract, so he can become a three-time WWE Champion. And all the while, he and Omos will defend their Raw tag titles against anyone…including the stinky Viking Raiders.

Backstage: Nikki Cross, Lucha House Party

Stand back! There’s a butterfly coming through! The Lucha House Party briefly pause and praise Nikki for her new outfit. Lince Dorado personally hand-makes his own outfits (and you should check out his Twitter), so he can appreciate the hard work Cross put into designing her own character. Cross is excited about earning a spot in the Money in the Bank match coming up next month, and gives a long-winded, inspirational speech to say that she’s not giving up until she reaches her goal, which is being a Super Hero.

Nikki Cross vs. Shayna Baszler

Cross is out first, and is announced exactly as billed, so we’re going with it. We head to a break and upon returning, we get Baszler’s entrance. The Queen of Spades is ready to go and Jax joins Reginald at ringside in support. The bell rings and our competitors lock up. Waistlock by Baszler. Standing switch from Cross, then one from Baszler. Baszler with a rear waistlock takedown. Cross attempts an early roll-up but gets nothing. Cross slaps on a headlock and works the neck. Baszler shoves Cross off, into the ropes, and shoulder-tackles her on the rebound. Cross hits a standing Cross Body on Baszler for one. Baszler takes Cross down, using a ground and pound as she beats Nikki like Doomsday did Kal-El. The dastardly Baszler easily hoists Cross and drops her across the small of her back, twice. Baszler attempts a pin but gets two. Baszler with a Strong Irish Whip that catapults Cross face-first into the turnbuckle, dropping her down to the mat. The villainous Baszler sends Cross into the corner and stomps away at her. Ka-Pow! Bam! Cross attempts to fight out of the corner. Baszler shoves her back but the hero WWE deserves rebounds with a strike. Cross takes the upper-hand and sends Baszler out of the ring. Alexa Bliss makes her way out to new music. Cross take advantage of the Terrible Trio’s distraction and hits a Cross Body off the top, wiping out all the goons at the ringside floor as we head to break!

Back from the break. Baszler is in control when we return. Baszler whips Cross into the corner and shuts her down with two big knee strikes. Baszler with a gorilla-positioned facebuster. Baszler sets Cross on the top rope and yells at Bliss, who now stands outside the ring on the ramp, “What are you even doing?” Cross smartly uses the distraction, again, and uses it to drop Cross. Both women are down. Bliss walks around the outside, and confronts Nia Jax. Bliss just stares at Jax. Reginald grabs Bliss’ shoulder from behind. She makes a face at him then takes both Nia Jax and Reginald both down within seconds with a few quick kicks. Bliss walks off, happy with herself, and Cross once again has another distraction to capitalize on. Baszler attempts a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker but Cross counters and uses the momentum to roll-up Baszler to steal the win once again! Cross is on a big winning streak as of late.

In-Ring: Kofi Kingston, MVP

We get a lengthy package that featured the build up to last Monday’s Hell in a Cell main event match to end Raw. Despite his best efforts, Woods found himself dominated by the champion. MVP locked himself in the cell with the two, after the match, and Lashley punished Woods as Kofi had to watch, helpless to get in the cage.

Kofi comes down in street clothes. He’ll go face-to-face with MVP after this break. Upon returning, we get a quick recap of Riddle winning our opening battle royal. It’s announced: Kofi Kingston vs Bobby Lashley at Money in the Bank for the WWE Championship. Kofi gets on the mic. He explains that some moments can change you for the better or worse, and he’s not sure how last week sits with him yet. He points out that helpless feeling as Lashley tortured his partner. Kofi is upset; Woods went out against Lashley to have Kingston’s back, and Kofi couldn’t help him. Kofi tells us that a lot of people have been disrespecting Xavier Woods for a long time, and that he wasn’t up to snuff, but last week Xavier showed the world what kind of competitor he is. Kofi demands people give Woods some respect. He points out that Lashley won the match, fair and square, and that’s fine–what’s not fine is what MVP and Lashley did afterwards, locking Woods in with the Hurt Business. The image of them grating Woods’ face against the cage sticks with Kofi. Kofi promises to beat Lashley at Money in the Bank and become the new WWE Champion, and will punish Lashley. Out comes MVP.

MVP stands at the top of the stage with the Hoe Train group of persons presenting as female and wearing garb more akin to a relaxed, club environment than a wrestling ring. MVP mocks Kingston for thinking he can even hold a torch to Lashley. MVP mocks the New Day’s silly antics, and gets to his point–Lashley’s going to make “what Lesnar did to you (Kofi)” look like nothing. Kofi fires back on the mic, pointing out that Lashley would’ve lost to Drew if it hadn’t been for MVP assisting the champ weeks ago. And last week, Woods came this >–< close to beating the WWE Champion. Kofi points out that he’s beaten Bobby in the past, and now Bobby’s looking a little less Almighty than usual. He claims that every week, Lashley loses a layer of what he used to be. Kofi disses MVP by stating soon, Lashley’ll look like him. MVP reminds Kofi that Lashley put in the work and deserves all the respect and accolades that he’s earned, and MVP has his back. Kofi fires back, stating that he defended the title all over the world, on multiple continents, and went back to TV the next week to defend his title–because he’s a fighting champion. But Lashley’s on vacations, takes days off, and MVP distracts Lashley with women. Kofi continues, warning MVP that Lashley’s taken his eyes off the prize and it’s going to help Kofi become the champ. MVP asks Kofi about his return to Ghana, his home country, to defend his title. He then changes topic without getting to his point. He points out that Woods was extremely optimistic about beating Lashley last week, and the end result was a beating so severe that Woods couldn’t come to work tonight and probably won’t next week, either. Kofi tells him to check his numbers and odds, “Because spoiler alert! Xavier Woods will be back here next week because Xavier woods has heart…unlike you, who’s been milking this knee injury for six months bro.” MVP takes offense and walks down the ramp slowly with his cane. He tells Kofi that if he were cleared to wrestle, he’d come in the ring and whoop his ass right now but luckily for Kofi, he’s not cleared. Kofi heads outside the ring. MVP swings and misses with the cane, and Kofi lays him out. Kofi kneels over MVP yelling “now you’re hurt” over and over.

Naomi & Asuka vs. Eva Marie & Doudrop

We get a quick video package from last week, during which Eva Marie insulted her tag partner–and renamed her, because she couldn’t remember Piper Niven’s name–and Doudrop abandoned her partner, costing them the match. We then cut backstage and see Eva Marie and Doudrop walking backstage. They’re asked about last week and Eva informs us that they’ve got a rematch tonight, and it’s another chance for Doudrop to prove herself and for them to push the Eva-lution.

We cut to the ring and Asuka is the first one out. The Empress of Tomorrow sends us to commercials. When we return, Naomi dances her way out and our commentary team reminds us of the upcoming UK tour, the first in over two years. Out next comes the Eva-lution, Eva Marie and Doudrop. We start with Naomi and Doudrop. Naomi with a quick kick that stuns Doudrop. Doudrop knocks Naomi down and goes for a leaping Senton but no one’s home. Naomi tags in Asuka. Asuka sends Doudrop into the corner and hits the running Hip Attack in the corner. Doudrop and Asuka battle it out for a few more moments. After a collision, Doudrop looks to tag in Eva Marie…but Eva hops off the apron, like last week, and walks off. Asuka rolls up Doudrop from behind, getting a close two. Doudrop takes down Asuka and hits a wicked running cross-body across a downed Asuka. Doudrop covers and picks up the win.

Afterwards, Eva Marie takes a mic and announces herself as winner. She and Doudrop exchange words, and it appears Eva Marie has suckered Doudrop into friendship again.

Backstage: John Morrison, The Miz, Ricochet

John is asked about the upcoming Money in the Bank match, in which he’ll participate. “The Flood Stud is getting moist just thinkin’ about that,” responds Morrison. The Miz jumps in and praises himself, and his tutelage of Morrison, and promises to have Morrison ready for it. The Miz mentions nothing escapes their attention…and the camera pulls back, revealing Ricochet holding the mic! He pokes fun at the Miz’s remarks that he can “see everything.” The Miz spins it, stating he likes to lure his opponents into a false sense of security. Ricochet reveals he’s stolen Morrison’s Drip Stick. Ricochet blows the Drip Stick’s load all over Morrison and the Miz’s faces.

Ricochet vs. John Morrison

Ricochet makes his way out first and, after a break, we return to Morrison’s entrance. Morrison pushes the Miz in his wheelchair down the ramp. Graves is relieved that the Miz has recovered from that “vicious drip stick attack!” Our competitors get ready and we’re off! The Miz joins commentary and complains about his $5,000 suit being ruined by Ricochet. In the ring, both men battle for an early control. Ricochet takes the edge with a few quick shots and an elbow drop. Ricochet covers for two. Morrison starts his offensive game and sends Ricochet into the corner. Morrison with the knees for another close two. Morrison switches tactics, grounding the high-flyer with a working hold. Ricochet attempts to fight out of the arm hold but Morrison sends him back to the canvas. Morrison with a strike on a prone Ricochet before hoisting him up. Ricochet counters a whip, sending Morrison into the ropes. Ricochet immediately follows it up with a dropkick that sends Morrison outside, and a baseball slide. The Miz rolls over and yells at Ricochet. Ricochet catches Morrison, attempting to use the distraction, with a headscissors takedown at ringside! Ricochet grabs the Drip Stick and blasts the Miz in the face. We go to break.

Back from the break. Morrison throws rights as Ricochet attempts to cover up in the corner. The ref counts his warning and Morrison breaks. Ricochet fails to use it to his advantage and Morrison uses an impressive take on a roundhouse-into-sweep kick. The Miz cheers, “Johnny Johnny Drips” throughout the match at different points. Morrison looks for a Springboard heel kick but Ricochet ducks, then follows up with a Springboard Cross-body. Morrison with a whip, and Ricochet counters with a forearm. Ricochet locks up Morrison and hammers his abdomen with rights. Ricochet pulls Morrison up and hits his rolling Death Valley Driver before following with a prone clothesline and a close pin attempt. Morrison wraps up Ricochet and looks for a Reverse Alabama Slam, but instead connects with a rolling Senton. Morrison comes off the ropes with a vicious low kick across the chest, and rolls Ricochet up for another two. Ricochet attempts an Inside Cradle for two. Morrison with another springboard heel kick! Morrison positions Ricochet and heads up top. Starship Pain takes flight…and crashes into the mat as Ricochet moves! Morrison rises on the apron and Ricochet attempts to attack him, but Morrison counters with a step-up high kick. Morrison escapes to the outside to avoid Ricochet, and sits up on the barricade, quite proud of himself for believing he’s successfully avoided Ricochet. Ricochet reminds Morrison that he has wings, however, and hits a beautiful springboard cross-body attack out of the ring and onto Morrison on the barricade! Both men crash down hard! Neither man can make it even close to entering the ring before the ref hits ten.

Backstage: Charlotte Flair, Natalya, Tamina

Flair points out their legacy and the rich history that their families have brought to wrestling. Nattie and Tamina aren’t worried about Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose, and the three women belittle their opponents. Flair is pleased with their responses, and informs them that tonight they’ve got to remind people that respect is earned. Not given.

Rhea Ripley, Dana Brooke & Mandy Rose vs. Charlotte Flair, Natalya & Tamina

Charlotte Flair is the first to make her way out. After a minute or so of her entrance, we go to break. After a brief break, we return and get the remainder of our entrances. The WWE Women’s Tag Team champions come out and join Flair, followed by Brooke & Rose who await Ripley on the ramp. The trio hit the ring and all six women immediately pair off and brawl around the ring. Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair fight at and on the announcer’s table; Nattie & Tamina fight Brooke & Rose on the opposite side of the ring. All six women return to the ring and Ripley, Rose and Brooke take control of the ring. As the heels regroup outside, we go to break–this match should start after this second break. FFS.

Back from the break. Again. This match is, finally, already under way. Nattie attempts to lock a Sharpshooter on Mandy Rose, who quickly scrambles over and tags in Dana Brooke. Brooke with a headscissors whip to the corner, followed by a flip attack. Brooke attempts a pin but only gets a short two. Nattie with a big right that stuns Brooke temporarily. Brooke whips Nattie into the ropes but Nattie locks onto them. Charlotte Flair tags herself in and Nattie heads outside. Brooke foolishly exits the ring and ends up paying for it as Tamina, Charlotte and Nattie work in tandem to take down Brooke. In the ring, Flair mocks Ripley, taunting her. Ripley attempts to enter, distracting the ref and allowing Nattie & Tamina to work over Brooke in the corner. Tamina comes in and stomps away at Brooke, then tags in Nattie. Nattie with a Snap Suplex and a cover for one. Nattie tags in Tamina and holds Brooke in the corner for her. Tamina with a big right and both women shove Brooke back into the corner. Flair tags in and starts with Flair Chops across Brooke’s chest. Flair looks for a knee attack in the corner but Brooke slipped free. Brooke attempts to stumble to her corner for a tag but Flair intercepts her. Flair looks for a suplex but Brooke counters with a roll-up. Flair kicks her off–and right into her corner, where Rhea Ripley takes the hot tag. Rhea comes in and takes it to the Queen. Clothesline, headbutt, suplex from the Women’s Champ, and a quick pin attempt. Another rear suplex from Ripley. Nattie with the blind tag. Ripley shuts Nattie down with a kick to the side of her head as Flair exits. Rhea tags in Brooke. Brooke tags Rose and the two work together to double team Nattie. Rose covers for two; Tamina makes the save. Chaos ensues as all six women go at it in the ring. The four illegal competitors fight each other out of the ring, leaving Nattie and Rose. Rose and Nattie exchange roll-up attempts. Nattie looks for a Sharpshooter but Rose shoves her back. Rose doesn’t notice Flair with the blind tag on Nattie. Flair runs in and connects with a Big Boot to Rose’s face, and puts this match out of its misery by picking up the win. After the match, Rhea Ripley attacked Flair’s left knee with a chopblock and laughed at her afterwards.

Backstage: Jaxson Ryker, R-Truth, Akira Tozawa

Ryker, backstage, whips his back with the leather strap over one shoulder then the other, much like a Templar Knight. Akira Tozawa runs past, pursued by R-Truth. Truth notices what Ryker’s doing, and asks if he’s okay and if he needs to talk about it. Ryker gives a quick talk to him about punishing Elias. Truth asks Ryker that, after he’s done with the Strap Match, would it be possible for Truth to borrow it to get his 24/7 title back. Ryker ignores him, staring at him as he repeatedly whips his left back and shoulder with the strap, creeping Truth out. Truth tells him that’s all the time we have tonight and he’ll see him next time, then leaves.

Strap Match
Elias vs. Jaxson Ryker

Elias makes his way out and we head to commercials. Afterwards, we get Ryker’s entrance and our competitors are lashed together with the thick leather strap. The bell rings and we get things under way. Elias and Ryker immediately clash and Elias takes an early lead, battering Ryker in the corner before throwing him out between the ropes. Elias uses the whip to beat the former Marine sergeant. Elias uses the strap to wrap up Ryker’s hands, strung up along the ring post, and Elias uses the strap and strikes to punish Ryker. After several strikes, Ryker yanks on the strap and frees himself. Ryker takes control, taking Elias into the ring and whipping him repeatedly. Ryker whips Elias, who falls over the rope and onto the apron, then uses the strap to yank Elias over the ropes and back into the ring. Ryker looks for a middle-rope attack but leaps right into a high knee from Elias, who covers for a close two. Elias uses the strap and whips Ryker across the back hard. Elias talks smack to Ryker. Ryker returns to his feet quickly and uses the strap on Elias, belting him with it and using the strap to slingshot Elias from one corner to another. Elias seems to beg Ryker for mercy, but Ryker uses the strap to yank him over and drop him to the mat with a side slam, covering for the three.

Riddle is backstage, looking serious while wearing a Randy Orton sweater. Priest comes up and congratulates him on his win. Riddle responds that he’s not Riddle…he’s Randy Orton. He does his best Orton impersonation. Priest chuckles and mentions a deal at Burger King, and tells “Randy Orton” that if he sees Riddle, to let him know because Priest was gonna hook him up with some burgers. Riddle’s eyes go wide and he sticks out a hand, silently and sternly pointing at his palm. Finally he breaks character, and tells Priest that he’s not really Randy. Priest tells Riddle he figured that out. Priest congratulates him again, and warns him subtly not to come between Priest and his aspirations again. Both men end the segment amicably, with Priest complimenting Riddle for being such a good friend to Orton. Riddle exclaims, “Awww!” Then, realizing his mistake, he tells himself he’s the Viper, he’s Randy Orton, and we go to break. We’ll hear from Drew McIntyre ahead of our main event, coming up next.

Back from the break. The bell rings and Drew floors Riddle with a big right. Drew takes Styles into the corner and hits a few big chops. Drew goes after Riddle again, then whips Riddle into Styles’ big boot. Drew attempts a cover after a big slam. Riddle starts to get some offense in, fighting McIntyre into the corner with rapid-fire kicks. Riddle with a running strike to Styles in one corner, then another to Drew. HE goes to the well one time too many and McIntyre catches him, transitioning Riddle’s momentum into a suplex toss! McIntyre returns to Styles, battering the tag champ with his big fists. McIntyre whips Styles into the ropes and pops AJ Styles up, sending him several feet over McIntyre’s head and crashing him down with the modified back body drop behind him. Styles sends McIntyre outside and looks for a springboard, but McIntyre with a fast, strong clothesline that takes the feet out from Styles. Styles lands hard on the apron and floor. McIntyre starts to clean off the announcer’s table as Omos watches. McIntyre hoists Styles up, looking for an Outsider’s Edge through the announcer’s table, but Styles wiggles free at the last moment. Riddle joins the fray and pulls McIntyre up to his feet. Styles attacks Riddle. Drew attacks Riddle, sending his face into the steel steps, before turning to Styles. Styles sends McIntyre face-first into the ring post. Styles looks for a suplex but Riddle puts the brakes on and throws rights, fighting the veteran. Both men attempt to hoist each other in a suplex, with each man blocking until Riddle overpowers the tag champ and connects with a Snap Suplex. McIntyre attacks Riddle, and a recovering Styles takes down Drew with a step-up Enziguri. Riddle and Styles work together to double-suplex Drew McIntyre through the announcer’s table as we head to break!

Back from the break. Riddle and Styles battle it out int he middle of the ring as McIntyre is still down at ringside. AJ takes control with a leg screw. Snap foot-lock from Styles, followed by a knee bar. Riddle screams in pain as the veteran focuses on Riddle’s left knee. Styles follows Riddle into the corner and catches Riddle’s leg as he throws a kick. Riddle hops up and throws his other knee into Styles’ face, breaking the hold. Styles fires back with a Pele Kick, flooring Riddle. Styles checks on McIntyre, then heads outside and beats down the slowly-rising McIntyre. Drew with a hair (mat) slam on the broken rubble of the announcer’s table. Styles paces at ringside, catching his breath, and fist bumps Omos as he enters the ring. Riddle catches Styles with lefts and rights as he enters, attempting to take control, but Styles covers up until he can pick the leg out. Styles goes right for the ankles, using a modified ankle hold. Riddle struggles but grabs a rope…which does nothing in a triple-threat match. Riddle realizes it, but can’t react before Styles punishes him with a stomp and a snap brainbuster suplex, covering for a very close two!

Styles heads back to the outside and stomps at McIntyre, keeping the Scottish Psychopath grounded. As he starts to enter the ring, Riddle catches him with a Spike DDT! Riddle rolls across the mat, channeling his inner Viper, and pounds his hands on the mat as he waits for Styles to rise. Riddle goes for the RKO but Styles counters, hitting a modified Burning Hammer and picking up a close two yet again. Styles looks for a Styles Clash on Riddle. Riddle fights free. Drew re-enters the fray as Styles is sent outside. Drew pummels Riddle in the corner. McIntyre with a whip followed with a running elbow smash and a reverse Alabama Slam! Riddle’s face bounces off the mat. Drew kneels, crawling back, stalking Riddle. Drew tells Riddle to get up, setting up the Claymore. Drew goes for the Claymore but Riddle side-steps it and sends Drew to the outside! Styles attacks McIntyre with a flying forearm to the back of the neck at ringside. As Styles attempts to enter, Riddle once again attacks him–this time with a top rope heel kick! McIntyre is back up. Riddle with a pair of kicks as he attempts to fight off McIntyre and Styles. Riddle with a springboard Moonsault onto Styles and McIntyre, laying them out! Drew is up first and Riddle comes in with Thai kicks, battering Drew with three then Styles with three of his own. Riddle follows it up with a running kick to Drew. He looks for the same move on Styles, but Styles moves and Riddle kicks the shit out of his foot and smashes his knee. He rolls in pain on the floor as the ref calls for other officials to give him assistance. Riddle screams in pain as four officials help him limp up the ramp and to the back. Riddle yells in pain and for Randy as we go to break.

Back from our final break. McIntyre and Styles exchange fists in the middle of the ring. We’re told Riddle’s in the back with the foot injury. Drew and Styles struggle for control. McIntyre with an Exploder Suplex that sends Styles flying to the other side of the ring. Styles looks for a leaping punch but McIntyre counters and drops Styles. McIntyre kips up but appears, per Corey Graves, to have tweaked his knee. He continues on fine, however, and hits a huge Spinebuster on the Phenomenal One, then flips over to transition into a pin attempt for a close two! McIntyre holds his right side as he stalks Styles across the ring. McIntyre smashes Styles’ face into the turnbuckle before setting him up top. McIntyre thinks about another Alabama Slam but instead climbs up, looking for a Superplex. Styles slips free, floating down behind Drew. Styles picks up McIntyre in a truly impressive feat of strength and drives McIntyre into the canvas, covering for two. Styles sets McIntyre up for the Styles Clash but McIntyre shoves him back. Styles closes the gap and unleashes with his Styles Combination. Drew absorbs the hits and counters with a Michinoku Driver for a close two. Styles and McIntyre are slow to their feet, and in opposite corners. McIntyre charges, looking for the Claymore, but Styles blocks it with a front-facing chop block. Styles locks in the Calf Crusher submission. We’re reminded that there’s no rope break as McIntyre screams in pain. McIntyre lifts a hand, possibly ready to tap, when Riddle returns to the ring! Riddle limps down the ramp as McIntyre smashes Styles face into the mat. Riddle locks the Bro-mission on Styles but Styles escapes. Riddle again locks in the Bro-Mission! McIntyre breaks it. Riddle with a modified Pele Kick to send Drew outside the ring. Styles flies, looking for the Phenomenal Forearm–but Riddle intercepts him, hitting an RKO in mid-air! Riddle covers but Omos yanks Styles out of the ring. McIntyre uses the distraction to catch Riddle with a Claymore from his blindside, and finally McIntyre picks up the win!
