As noted before, WWE made several major changes to their corporate office last week. This included the firing of their Senior Director of Talent Relations Mark Carrano and the hiring of several new people to high-level executive positions.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that WWE referee John Cone was recently promoted to a higher role in the company’s Talent Relations department. Cone reportedly will now be second in command behind John Laurinaitis in that department. Johnson also reported that backstage producer Jason Jordan was recently given a promotion as the company’s new Lead Producer and will be overseeing all other producers at television tapings.
WWE announced that they have recently hired Samantha Irvin as their new ring announcer for their 205 Live brand. Prior to her hiring, Irvin had been a contestant on America’s Got Talent and I Can See Your Voice music contest television series.
WWE also recently announced that they have hired Claudine Lilien as their Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales & Partnerships. Prior to her hiring, Lilien had spent the past fifteen years working at FOX in high level executive roles.
