WWE Files Lawsuit Against U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services
WWE reportedly recently filed a lawsuit against the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services, according to PWInsider.
Mike Johnson reported that WWE filed the lawsuit on January 26th to the United States District Court of Connecticut.
Johnson reported that while nature of the lawsuit is currently sealed, it is currently speculated that this has to do with the company’s issues with getting talent or employees into the country due to issues involving the previous Trump Administration’s immigration policies. Johnson also reported that WWE is currently being represented by immigration attorney Martine G. Cuomo.
As of Thursday, court records reportedly revealed that the U.S.C.I.S. had yet to be served with the lawsuit and any amended pleadings need to be filed by March 27th.
Rumored WWE Plans for Finish to Upcoming Men’s Royal Rumble Match
WWE officials reportedly are currently rumored to be planning a potentially controversial finish for their Men’s Royal Rumble match at this Sunday’s Royal Rumble event, according to WrestleVotes.
WrestleVotes reported that while details regarding WWE’s plans for this match are currently lacking, WWE officials have been in talks over a potential match finish that will likely generate a very negative reaction from fans based on a source spoken to. This source stated that “there’s a finish that scares the death out of me. And it’s legitimately getting heavy consideration.”
Sorry for the lack of details here but still noteworthy IMO; had a brief conversation earlier with a source regarding the Men’s Royal Rumble match. They said quote:

“There’s a finish that scares the death out of me. And it’s legitimately getting heavy consideration” yikes.
In regards to potential surprise entrants for the upcoming Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble matches, Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE officials do not have any plans at the moment for Brock Lesnar, Becky Lynch, and Ronda Rousey to compete or make an appearance at the event.
Tegan Nox Injury Status Update
As noted before, Tegan Nox has been away from WWE and their NXT brand since this past September due to her suffering a torn ACL injury. This was the third time Nox has suffered an ACL injury since signing with the company in April of 2017.
A recent episode of WWE’s The Bump show had Tegan Nox as a guest and one of the topics discussed included Nox providing an update regarding the current status of her knee injury rehab.
“I feel good. I feel strong, which is nice. A nice little change from being on crutches a few weeks ago. I feel really good. Recovery is going very well. I’m way ahead of where I should be, which is good. It’s helped that I’ve gone through this three times now.”
